This whole store is awesome, but my five star rating is for Diane in the bakery department. I needed a cake for my dad’s 90th birthday party. She knocked it out of the park. She used a photo of my Dad’s guitar to go by. Everyone at the party gushed about how beautiful the cake was. My Dad absolutely loved it, and so did I!! Diane took all my worries away and made the perfect cake. Dad still plays guitar in a band at 90, so this cake couldn’t have been more perfect.

The seafood department was staffed today by a young man named Dominic, who provided excellent customer service. Super helpful to several customers including me. So nice to see that in a grocery store.

A man who answered the phone at the bakery on 2/13/2025 was awfully rude. I ended up canceling the order while ordering because he had such a bad attitude. I don’t want someone who hates me or people in general baking a cake I’m paying good money for… shame.

Don't have many Publix in NC. Shopped here when on vacation and the shelves seemed to stocked well. Didn't see that shelves were empty and sold out of things. Would shop here again and even back home if there was more close to me.

I love Publix ! We don't live in Florida anymore, so I must get my espresso when we visit! Always friendly people that work there, even in the bakery!! However I was disappointed I couldn't get a six pack of vanilla and Buttercream cupcakes. They only had mixed and wouldn't fix me a six pack!

The scallops I bought were fresh and tasty. I loved that i didn't have to sign up for anything to get the deals. Unfortunately I do not have Publix where I'm from.

Kinda on the $$$ side. It reminds me of a Wholefoods and HEB. The store was bright, clean and stocked. Super nice!
