This is one of the best Publix's that I have been too, and the best in the area. Unfortunately, since moving the Deli Pickup area to the front of the store I feel like the process of effectively delivering the items to that location in a timely manner has become troublesome. On several occasions at this point my online orders are not ready anywhere near on time and placed in the appropriate area. We have found after waiting 20-25 minutes the expected time we have to go to the Deli area to inquire. Almost each time the order is complete but sitting in the back by the Deli because they are too busy to bring it up. Sometimes its easier to grab and go premade and ignore my order at that point. I feel bad for them. A simple change in moving the Deli Pickup back to the Deli area would allow the workers to efficiently put the completed orders up.

I went into Publix today to get a few things, and when I was done I went on register 5 because there was someone already on the line so I asked the cashier I think his name was Alex if he was opened and he said in a disrespectful tone No No he said it twice in all the years I have shopped in this store I have never been spoken to in this manner I couldn't find the manager to tell them what happened. I love this store so much and won't let one nasty cashier get the best of me. I will be contacting the higher up to let them know he needs to be retrained on how to speak to the public.

This Publix is one of the if not the nicest one in the area. It's a little pricey but they have an excellent selection of groceries and the pharmacy department staff are really on top of their game. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Give me a second to gather my things at self checkout before ripping the basket away from in front of me and hitting me in the leg. Not sure what the obsession with the baskets is here. The self checkout dude always gets in my personal space totally unnecessary just wait until I am finished
