Called the store today to tell them they must of accidentally given my pickup order to someone else or it had been accidentally marked as picked up if they still had it, because I hadn’t yet and was essentially called a liar by “Maureen” over the phone. She refused to help me and told me I’d need to prove it to her manager. I’ve been shopping here a long time, but I’ll be headed to the South Point store from now on.

The store manager was very rude to me for riding the handicapped scooters after I had explained that I was in a bad motorcycle crash recently and that it hurt to walk. I would just like to point out the bad customer service and how rude the manager was she told me that she doesn’t care what happened to me I need to leave or she will call the cops. Terrible overall experience will not be shopping here ever again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

the two older ladies who work in customer service need to be fired! idk if they just dont have the desire to work anymore or what but tell them to please smile and atleast act like they want to be there ! such nasty attitudes its ridiculous

I contacted Publix thinking I put an order in for my daughter class and they had no record of my order but Michelle(works in the deli dept) help me and did a rush sub platter for me with no hesitation. She was awesome for doing that for me because she didn’t have to. I appreciate you so much Michelle.!

This grocery store has more stocking issues than any grocery store I've ever shopped at. Many items that should be in stock according to the Publix app or nowhere to be found. But they have the best fried chicken and fried chicken wings. All in all I still shop here regularly but it is frustrating when you have something on your list that should be there and isn't.
