I love Publix. Clean store. can actually get help and friendly staff. Their delivery is wonderful, same with produce and the meat dept is top notch. I just wish I could could afford to shop there regularly. They are pricey .I only shop there for certain items that are on sale. I love this store if I could afford to shop there for my family of five I would only shop there. Publix is top-notch they definitely put customers first. Other stores could learn a thing or two about cleanliness, helpfulness and real customer service from publix

Let me just say that this is expressly for the pharmacy. I have been going to your pharmacy for multiple years and I never had such great service until I met Crystal not only did she help me with my medication’s. She also was an ear and a shoulder to lean on when my father was passing away. My father loved her. He passed away on February 15, 2025. I am very upset that she was transferred that was the only reason that I stayed at the pharmacy for so long my whole family gets their prescriptions there. And I made it from Walgreens, which was horrendous and I’ve noticed a change in the staff there and let me just say there are a lot of people I love there But some of your new hires leave a lot to be desired. My medicines are not getting filled On time they don’t even call to tell me that they’re done and I’ve had one sitting there for a week and a half. Crystal always made sure that my scripts were ready because I was a caretaker to both of my parents in the midst of my grief. I wanted to express my complete gratitude for her. And tell you, your store will suffer a huge loss because she was transferred. I don’t know why you can’t just keep good people around and fire the ones that are the problem. So now I’m stuck with Do I stay with your pharmacy or do I go? I do have the corporate number to the head management in in the pharmacy area from an incident before and I am going to call them. I have been in management in my career, many many times and I can’t even understand what could be going so wrong but she was transferred. She’s a very sick father And it shows your lack of compassion. I really think that you lose a lot of clients at your pharmacy because of this choice

I preordered hot subs on the app to be ready in 30 minutes. I got there a little early, so if they were already made they wouldn't get soggy. They were not made. Not started. I got them by waiting in line with everyone else, 20 minutes past the original time. My first and probably last order and pay ahead on the app.

The Pharmacy is the BEST in the Villages. I get my Mom's meds in less than 48 hrs, and most of the time, it's same day. They are very helpful and super nice!!

$52.00 for BOGO pizza, which Publix charged full $ for both, dog treat, card - prices are out of control @Publix - clearly cares only about profit. Prices @ this store are double, triple than @ Walmart. Watch cashier when buying
