I went in after a long day to pick up a few things. The cashier didn't speak to me until after I paid and that was just to tell me the amount, which obviously since I already paid i knew. Then he didn't hand me my receipt, he handed to the girl whom was bagging instead, who by the way didn't speak to me until I was leaving. Nice Not Speaking To You!!! This store used to be so great. I'll be going where I feel welcome from now on.

First time I found a publix with a little negative things. Yesterday, the same girl at the customer services section took care of me, I was praying not to because she never said hello or good luck when I played the lotto and I never won a single free ticket with her. A bunch of employees are doing nothing but hanging up.
Is a different kind of publix 🤔
No one asks if you need help, and no one knows where everything is... you ask, and they go get someone else
Crazy and very rare publix... sorry... please fix it

I have been shopping at this Publix location since it was first built and I was a kid and it's always been a good place to shop. Although a bit more expensive than other grocery stores, it's always been clean and well stocked. Definitely a good place to shop.

The service in this Publix is horrible. Every time you try to get chicken from the deli they never have any then when you order sandwiches online it says 30 minute wait I wait an hour to get home and my sandwiches are just thrown together and soggy..
In the display case where the hot food is, you have chicken wings with feathers on them displayed for every customer to see. It’s a shame cause this Publix is the closest to my house, but I will drive further out before I come back to this Publix

I have shopped at this store for 20+years, nostly because it is close to my house and convenient. Lately they have been declining in cleanliness and quality. They are also often out of things. The manager on duty tonight refused to honor the Publix Promise Policy when an item I purchased rang up incorrectly. She said it was up to each individual store if they wanted to honor pricing. I'll be on the search for another grocery store.

Chris in the pharmacy was rude and lost me $6 she wouldn’t accept my coupon through good Rx yelled and embarrassed me in front of people “there’s three tablets here” NO THERES ACTUALLY TWO* like I said, and the coupon was valid. At least put on a smile when you’re lying.

I was released from the hospital last night, Friday" due to a stroke. My dr prescribed me a lot of new meds and a diabetes glucomoter kit.
I started looking on my publix app this morning , "Saturday" and it was under maintenance since 0800. At 1130 I bit the bullet, called the pharmacy directly and was received by Veronica. To say she was professional, calm and beyond helpful is an understatement. Unfortunately in this new time of apps and online, we are forgetting how to communicate to eachother as humans, but not Veronica, she took the time to add my new insurance, to go over every prescription and found a way to add a discount that saved me 100's of dollars.
I have been in the customer service business for nearly 30 years, so I know how to help people but rarely am ever on the other side of it. Veronica is an absolute asset to the Publix family, thank you Publix and Veronica, God bless 🙌!
