You have to pay attention when you're shopping at Publix. Here the shelf tag shows buy one get one free at $9.49 but the Ultimate package next to it is $10.99 so you think that you're getting the Ultimate for $9.49. Which is not the case, so be careful and pay real close attention when you're shopping at Publix!!

Terrible Service from Pharmacy. On 10/19/2024 I called 3 times throughout the day to refill my prescription. Not a single time did anyone in the pharmacy answer the phone. Figured it was a busy day so I waited till the next day. Called twice on 10/20/2024 and again nobody answered. Asked customer service and they said let me patch your through. Again nobody answered. That brings me to today 10/21/2024 I called a total of 7 times. After nobody answered on 5 of the calls I called customer service. They patched me through again but nobody answered and i went through the wait multiple times. Called customer service again and explained I've been trying to get through but no one was answering. Got patched through again and no one answered. So i got the idea to go into the store and see why no one was answering. I arrived and watched the employee staring at the computer without typing. I called to see what they would do. Phone rang and not once did the employee move to answer the phone. So needless to say I will not be getting my medicine here again as i have been since I was a kid. If i cant trust the pharmacist to even answer the phone then how can i trust them to make sure not to mess up my medication which could be life threatening for me and for many other people. My doctor had mentioned before he hated sending prescriptions to Suntree Publix and didn't say why but I'm getting the gist of why. Ill be filing a report with corporate as this should be the most professional and strict area of Publix as 1 wrong pill could end up hurting someone severely.

I found the layout confusing but that's just because it's different from my regular Publix. It's clean but a little crowded. We got fried chicken from the deli and it was delicious. We Tried the Mardi gras chicken wings and they were too spicy for my taste.

I forgot the woman's name, I think Jill at customer service, she was so sweet as we were from out of town and explained how to go about doing the Sun Pass Pro. Luckily, we got the last one!! And told us to enjoy our vacation!!

Going to Publix is always been a friendly clean and enjoyable experience. The customer service never have a problem answering questions and there are always very greeting when I arrive into the store. I suffer from a gluten and soy intolerance so stores like Publix are great for picking up all of the items to remain vegan while also meeting my nutritional needs as a Fitness coach. Switching to them definitely helped out when it's come to finding foods that my body absorb with no issues. I appreciate is there service in the price is definitely worth it for the convenience.

Love Publix..only place I can buy reasonably priced gluten free organic frozen vegetables. Walmarts are cross contaminated with gluten in the processing facilities! Publix has such a good variety of gf frozen organic vegetables and fruits. Thank you Publix!! Also has a decent variety of gf foods I can't get anywhere else!

Your deli is an absolute mess! My boyfriend just left to pick up our subs that should have been ready at 5:45 and at 6:25 he’s walking out with no subs and finally got a refund. Ed was extremely RUDE. Worst publix ever.

We own the cafe across the street, Lilly Rose Café, and get bread from here almost every day. Overall, it is a well organized, clean store.
