New store, great place to shop. They have buy one get one free chicken sandwiches in the deli till April 8th. You really need to give them a try, you will not be disappointed!! The Bakery has a great selection of all your favorite comfort foods. Very nice place to shop.

Wow faith in the deli department has to have some of the best customer service i have ever been given. She was ready to do what ever to make sure I was happy and taken care of. And even the effort that put into making my salad was an extra 15% more then most. Hope this store knows what an asset she is.

Disappointed with My Recent Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Publix location since high school and have always received excellent service—until now. I recently placed an online order for a sandwich, paying in advance so I could pick it up after work and enjoy it. However, I received a call informing me that the specific bread I requested wasn’t available, and they planned to substitute it with a different bread.

When I arrived at the pickup area after work, my sandwich was nowhere to be found. I approached three employees who were standing and talking. The moment I mentioned the sandwich, one of them immediately ran to the back, clearly knowing what the issue was.

Frustrated, I spoke to the on-duty manager, who apologized and offered to make me something else. I declined and requested a refund. While I appreciated the manager’s effort, the overall experience was very disappointing. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Publix, and it’s certainly a way to lose a loyal customer.

Been coming to Publix most my life went to this Publix to get food and never seen so many incompetent people working behind the counter! One sandwich makers excuse was that he had no use of his thumbs no on my mind why would Publix put someone that has no use of their thumbs in the deli making sandwiches? Another one just couldn't be still her mind was everywhere else but a sandwich! What is the world coming to and I wasn't the only one there were a few people in line complaining to I recommend Publix all day everyday I'm just saying this location may have some issues that need to be fixed I'm not the only one that sees it

Overall, this is a good Publix. The employees are nice. My big problem with this location is they do not carry very many vegetarian options in the frozen section. They don't carry items that other Publixes do. If I could fix anything, it would be that.

FAITH IN THE DELI IS AMAZING I WATCHED HER WITH THE WOMEN INFRONT OF ME AND SHE WAS TAKING CARE OF HER SO WELL I STEPPED INTO THAT LINE FAITH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS A HAPPY CUSTOMER THIS WOMEN DESERVES A RAISE SHES A HIDDEN GEM FOR THIS COMPANY

I was sent to get my wife favorite soup (chicken and wild rice). Ms.Regina at the Deli was running around helping everyone and she was so attentive. It was a good experience. Makes me want to get out of the house more.
