Karl the Assistant Deli Dept Manager showed great leadership getting in there and changing the garbage bags and selling specials at the deli. Really was impressed with his leadership skills. Great job!

My family came here to buy fried chicken and some groceries from this location. It was two boxes of fried chicken present and were past their shelf life. My husband asked for fresh chicken and the gentleman told him they were not making any more until these two boxes were sold! My husband went to the customer service desk, and asked for another Publix location. The Manager asked why and my husband explained the situation to him, then the Manager proceeded to give him the directions to another location. Bad customer service from the back to the front of the store!!

This place is cool and clean. I do have a 2 pieces of constructive criticism though. Firstly, when a customer walks into the left side entrance, they are met with a huge stockpile of shopping carts - creating a busy one-lane aisle. Outgoing customers do not stop to let you in. Maybe think about putting those carts elsewhere so they don't block the main entrance (and thus also blocking an important emergency exit/ fire exit). Yikes!
2. I ordered a deli sandwich the other day, and even though it only has 5 toppings (and none of them that need to be warmed up or prepared)... it took them 16 minutes!!!! The 2 ladies behind the counter couldn't care less about me or the other customer and were too busy cackling and speaking to each other. Also, there seems to be a language barrier for all of the 4 that were working at that time. This is not a new customer service issue btw. It's been consistently the same at least for the last 2 years or so. Anyway, everything else seems to be great 👍 thanks!

Every visit is an amazing experience! They always remember me and serve great food, my go-to spot for delicious Chinese cuisine, especially the extra spicy beef rice or Singapore noodles.

Helpful location. Unfortunately, Publix is still too expensive when compared to other stores (gallon of milk is $7.15). Next, their BOGO signs are very unclear. I attempted to buy cereal that took 3 attempts to get right. They were all General Mills, and I even took the box directly behind the sign.

Fortunately the cashier was super friendly and patient. It's just aggravating to hold up a line so I can go back and swap cereal.

Good products, many choices. A good place to shop when you need to fill your fridge fast. Lots of parking spaces.

We come to this public often to get subs for lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly. But it can be frustrating when ordering online they set the pick up time for 45 min later and then you get there and there’s still a wait for pick up and online orders. I almost end up waiting 35+ minutes every time after the promised pick up time. Food is great just annoying how long you have to wait to get it.

The staff at this store are chaotic and unprofessional on all levels no one that works at this location takes pride in doing their job they make you feel bad when they mess up they don’t listen and when you ask for something they make fun of you complain to you about you and laugh at you and your requests and then continue to not help or listen. Then when you go to fix the problem yourself they make a big deal and give you a hard time don’t even bother asking for more than one of anything as they look at you with disgust and or tell you they are extremely conservative that they can’t spare an extra will not be shopping at this location again and I suggest others don’t as well they need to get a new crew working there
