Thank you to the helpful team at Publix. My 1st time in one of your stores. I was passing through while traveling. The checker asked if we found everything, everything except this particular item. She was quick to hop from behind the register, show us, let us grab the item and return right to the line. Amazing customer service!!!

I was able to get in and out quickly. I went to the Pharmacy, bakery and needed an item from one of the center aisles. The shelves were well-stocked and I did not have to wait in line at all.

I must say I don't enjoy my visits to this particular location. I've had several recent experiences with employees that have had a negative impression on my opinion of the store and moreover the state of society in general. I've had cashiers refuse to bag items, slapping change on the counter instead of handing it to me, even some that pretend to not understand basic questions about products they sell. I honestly feel disgusted and revolted by some employees behavior. Unfortunately their aren't as many options to shop at besides Target where I still encounter poor customer service at least once a week. I will add that I have worked most of my life in retail at grocery stores and I am forgiving of many employees because it's a very thankless job and you must deal with so many different walks of life miscommunication is going to happen occasionally. I refuse to forgive an employee for refusing to bag an item, hand me my change in a dignified manner, and then when asked why with 6 bags of groceries I'm carrying and she didn't bag my milk she turns her back to me and refuses to acknowledge my existence. I will avoid spending the $250+ a week at this store and I suggest any other individuals dealing with this type of disrespect report to corporate as store management likely condone this type of behavior.

I always have been pleased with this store however it appears they are struggling to get enough of the proper quality staff needed. Since your self serve line does not accept cash it puts pressure on the full service line which can be a challenge when only one line is open. And Ken needs a lesson in polite courteous customer service, extremely rude and condescending

Always a positive experience going to our neighborhood Publix. No one hounds us to wear a mask even if the rest of the world has gone mad (can't believe I've gotten to a point where this is even something to post about in a review). Glad to patronize such an outstandingly managed store for many years now.
