I truly LOVE my neighborhood Publix! The entire store staff is amazing! I love that if there is an item you want in the store they will go above and beyond beyond to help bring it there, for me it’s plus especially from Jamaican descent, I miss certain products, but to see that my store has a Jamaican section that is growing in product variety it makes me so happy! I truly adore my store ❤️

Best Publix in winter garden they are always so nice to me, including the deli. The manager Moses is always able to help me being homeless and I really appreciate it.

Nice clean Publix. Staff was friendly as I struggled with a layout that is different from my previous longtime Publix. They took the time to fully explain where everything was located. I completely appreciate their efforts.

Matt in produce is a stellar example of exceptional customer service. He helped me find those stubborn papayas that were hard to find. He even walked me all the way to the wine section to recommend his favorite wine. When I was checking out I saw him help clean up a water spill outside the deli section.

Kachina the assistance store manager and Lisa in the deli, both go away above and beyond. Kachina was in the back of making subs to help the Dept keep up with the demanding day of subs. - big lines but everyone was pitching in. Lisa would hop between online meat orders over to help customers in the sub line too and both of these ladies were so kind and patient. THIS is what good customer service and team work looks like.

I have been shopping at Publix for years and generally enjoy my experience there. However, I recently had a frustrating interaction at the Customer Service desk. I spoke with Ivan, and unfortunately, he did not provide the assistance I needed. He seemed unhappy and his demeanor was quite unhelpful. It felt as though he was fed up with his job, lacking patience and a willingness to assist.

I believe that Ivan would benefit from retraining, as his attitude does not reflect the values of excellent customer service that Publix is known for. Customers play a vital role in the success of any business, and I hope that management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for everyone.

If I could give 0 I would. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a Publix and they should be ashamed. The store was dirty. The bathroom was HORRENDOUSLY dirty. I watched one of the managers dig in their butt and proceed to help customers. Just so upsetting. I'd give them no tip if they accepted them. Rude as well I asked them for a certain product and they had me waiting for over 15 mins to tell me they didnt. Ridiculous.

7:30 at night and they don’t have any regular bread for subs, ok I’ll just get something else. I go to the hot bar to try and get something but the behind that counter says “nah bro we’re closed” even though they have a ton of food. Guess they are just going to toss it out. That guy was a jerk.
