I’ve been going to the lake Ida store for 15 yrs but lately the last 4 weeks they’re missing 3 or 4 items that I usually get so I tried this location. Easy to get to Hagen ranch and flavor pict . Not only did they have the items missing at lake Ida but a much better selection and a lot of said items . My new location here’s a pic of the manager at lake Ida when I asked about no baby back ribs and only dark /white combination on the raw turkey breast yuk . Whitworth on Hagen had 20 racks of ribs and Purdue raw white meat turkey breast

This Publix is my least favorite. They don't have a good selection. The only thing I requested didn't stay on the shelf. Customer service is not up to the other Publix's standard. The only reason I ever go there is because it is convenient. I try to go other places as much as possible.

This is the closest Publix to my residence. It is most convenient for me to shop there plus they have recycling bins for paper, plastic and styrofoam

I would like to thank the deli employee Shedler, who makes us customers to smile all the time. He is creating such a great atmosphere over there. Big soul guy! And his customer service is amazing!

I just had a blissful experience with DEE who works in the deli, she needs to be retrained on proper hand techniques with gloves. You do not rub your face or your nose with gloves on and then touch someone's food. You do not touch someone's back and then touch the food and then touch your nose again. I only ate the food because I'm hungry. Trust me, I do PRAY over my food, this is why you should as well. She has a not so nice attitude. Trust me she'll never serve me again.

To management when your employees get too familiar or think they know a customer based on the color of their skin THIS IS NOT GOOD. That's not good because no one in this store is my friend.
