The lady ringing up my items was mind-blowingly friendly. I was in the routine of hi how are you, yeah I’m fine too… and within moments she blew me away with her genuine care. I wish I remembered her name her name to thank her publicly but she was a treasure to be around. Days later I’m still smiling when I remember our brief interaction.

Oh and the store was clean and had great stuff too. Tasty pastries in the deli. If I’m being honest, every item we bought was great!

Publix does sky high prices well. Other businesses don't have the skills to charge high prices and stay in business. Some customers don't care about prices. If you take the Walmart price of a grocery item and add 35% you get the Publix price. Download the Walmart app and scan product barcodes as you do your Publix shopping to compare.
Publix fried chicken is the best and I buy that regularly. Publix bakery is good and the fruit pies and bread are outstanding. I buy a few favorites at Publix and get the rest at Walmart.

We're visiting from New Jersey and we had a large group (13 people). We wanted to order Publix sandwiches online as their reputation is very strong and unfortunately we were unable to do so in a timely manner through the app so we visited this location nearest to our hotel where both our deli associate "Arc-Hendy" and the deli manager "Brad" were very accommodating and extremely patient, polite and professional as we ordered 13 different customized sandwiches. We truly appreciate the service we experienced at this location and our deli associate "Arc-Hendy" for being so patient with us. We would recommend this location for anyone looking for quality food, service and hospitality. Thank you so much for making our vacation that much more pleasant Publix!!!

I live less than a mile from this Publix and last summer we had an issue with tennis ball pricing. The price tag on the shelf was $4.49 but they were ringing up $5.29. We brought this to the stores attention but they did nothing to change the $4.49 rag on the shelf so we continued to let them know. The store General Manager got upset about the complaints so he just removed them
Completely. So for the past year since we go to the Common Cay about a mile away.
I told a visiting regional manager and he said he would get the tennis balls back. Never happened. I normally buy tennis balss at Walmart or Target and they run around $3.49 so on those occasions when I need balls our closet publix store manager does NOT SUPPORT this community and removed them from the store because we were pointing out a pricing error.
