Publix being Publix... This location has a few people that are slipping in the customer service delivery. I've noticed that many of the publix's have also become infected the reduced customer urgency. This location and all other publix's are still the gold tandard for customer service. It's amazing they stayed this strong this long. I'm rooting for you guys. Stay strong.

Good place. Have always been helpful when needed. The sub station is OK. They have lost one order. Witch, they fixed and didn't charge me for the mistake. The other time, they ran out of white bread. I had ordered 3 subs for me and my boys, and my boys won't eat anything but white bread. I waited for my order to be ready, and as I was leaving to get the subs, they called me and told me that they were out of white bread. I had to find something else to feed my kids last minute. I told them that and they didn't care.

I just got a veggie wheat wrap at Publix and ran into a professional sandwich artist who made my wrap like it was a work of art & to think I eat no meat it was all veggie made with the utmost care just beautiful- I would include a pic but my deli artist Mitzi wrapped it up b4 I could snap a pic, but if your ever in Melbourne and want a most delicious lunch - stop by this Publix deli and you will be treated warmly and served a mouth watering meal. Thank you Mitzi 🥪😁

My fiancé came home with a package of store baked cookies. Upon careful examination I noticed that a pricing/ ingredient/ date label had been placed over a previous label. Being a supermarket worker then a manager and finally a supermarket owner i knew immediately what was at hand! The fact that the sale was over was a non-issue but what was critical was the fact that the sell by date was changed!!!!
The labeling scale can accommodate this situation
Makes me wonder how wide spread this problem is in this store. The managers should be making sure their department managers and their team members are doing the right thing.

Generally their food is very fresh, but my recent experience was an exception. I ordered a specialty cake for my 83 & 86 year old parents. I thought the request was simple, and was expecting a fresh cake with "age appropriate" docorations. I can forgive 5-year old birthday decorations of balloons, but cake was dry as if it was 3-4 days old. Additionally, the writing and decorations were bleading as if they had melted--possibly left out. They offered to "scrape off" the decorations and writing. However, I felt this would look even worse. Again, the quality of the decorations can be forgiven, but a stale cake can is unforgivable.

Thanksgiving meal was lousy. The corn bread stuffing was watery and soggy. The gravy had too much garlic and salty. The mashed potatoes had ice and were wet and mushy and lumpy. The fruit platter had strawberries that were hard and not ripe. The pineapple included the core. The apples were tasteless. I threw the food out and won't order any meal from Publix again.

We are very Disppointed how the Deli department worker woman who work at the Deli of ham or turkey area are very rude and the Manager was very Rude too .
They are Both NOT PROFESSIONAL. I asked the lady work at Deli for a low sodium ham and She gave me bad dirty look with her bad attuide
Not Acceptable behavior of the woman who work at the Deli. We went to speak the woman manger and she gave me very Rude voice telling me to low my voice when I am Hearing impaired that we both have hearing loss and I talk loud because I could not hear my own voice . We are Disablity born with hearing loss. We will Never come back to this place at publix.

I walked in. There was a lady at the Service counter. I stood right in front of her. She looked busy on her phone, so I waited. She never looked up. Wow ! Maybe she should be in charge of taking out trash. That way, she will not have to talk to anyone. This was Halloween morning, at 8:45am. I can spend my hard earned money anywhere. Not here.
