I didn’t have a positive interaction while trying to cordially speak with the Asian woman about some attire that I was interested in the store. She apparently is the supervisor/owner of the store. She was rude but one of her workers; however, was very kind and helpful. The manager needs to treat people with respect. I judge people based on how we interact but I’m guessing she just doesn’t like Black people which is perfectly fine with me. I prefer to keep my money in my pockets anyway.

Edit: I see it’s not just me who found that Asian woman to be rude. No worries. Definitely wouldn’t shop there anymore. Save your coins and go elsewhere.

Plenty of other great places to spend your cash!! First and last timers! The older Asian woman working front counter is extremely rude as I’m attempting to pay for our items really has the nerve to tell my daughter that she has no common sense for opening a lip gloss with no seal at the counter! I go to shop and have a good time not argue with miserable middle aged women about whether or not my child has common sense!

DONT SHOP HERE. I would give it zero stars if I could. it's horrible love the clothes but its disappointing the skirt I got the zippers broke I can't fix it. They said no refund so this store is a rip off never shopping here again. 0/10. If they let me trade I wouldve and it would be fine but no. They just care about money not quality they should've never put it back out on sale if the zipper was broken.

I have had fraudulent charges from this store 3 times in the past 3 months. I have disputed with my bank and canceled my debit cards but it has happened again. I would like to contact their accounting or manager but have no way to.

My fiancé and I both have had fraudulent charges from this specific store in the last few weeks from this store. We believe someone at this store is a criminal or the entire company is on it and stealing peoples information. We have contacted the proper authorities on the matter and are waiting to move forward. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I absolutely love the clothing at this store. The quality and range is very nice. I will say, occasionally the sizes can run pretty small, but if you know how to choose the clothes properly, it's not a problem. The employees are super super nice as well; my friend and I didn't realize they closed at 6 on Sundays, and the cashier was super nice and patient about it.

Clothes are mediocre quality, over half the store is out of style and sizing doesn’t go beyond large (a small large, at that).
The real issue is, is that even with original tags still intact AND receipt, they won’t issue a refund. Exchange for a different size/color or store credit only. The fittings rooms are closed and not an option.
Q’s website states that an credit, exchange OR REFUND to be issued if returning within 30 days.
