Stayed June 28th thru 30th, 2024. This was the worst hotel that I can remember ever staying in. Hot water was on part of our stay, but we had to request it several times. The chair in the room was dirty. The lamp in room was in bad condition. These conditions applied to all three rooms. Something bit me and left several swollen areas on my body and when I saw something crawling on the bed sheet I captured it, I took it down to the front desk i was told that it was a fire ant. We had three room and it was to late to change our hotel plans at this point. On June 29th after several complaint the staff offered different rooms but the other 2 room occupants were not on the premises to help make that decision so since we were checking out the next morning we just stayed put. I ask the manager Sujata Patel in an email to give some compensation but she would not. I called cooperate and they gave 8000 points which enough to stay in another run down hotel. Staff were nice, Hotel was not. G. Snead

We stayed for a week for work, and it was great. They cleaned and made our beds every day, and took out the trash. They made sure we had clean towels ready inside our room. The staff was very friendly with us.

Bainbridge is my hometown and I went back this weekend for our 40th high school reunion. I booked a room with double beds for me, my dog and a classmate. Upon check-in, I was told I had to pay as they hadn't received a payment via Expedia. She said it had been declined actually. I paid with my bank account and got checked in and then spent two hours between Expedia and the hotel office. Finally, I walked down to the office to ask them to answer the phone as Expedia was trying to reach them to confirm payment had been made. They ended up reversing the charge on my bank account. One of the beds was broken. My classmate didn't show, so I didn't have to apologize to her for a broken bed thankfully. Upon checkout, they double billed me for my dog. I was only supposed to be charged $20 a night and they charged me $40. I've yet to get that corrected. Definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely my last stay there.

We stay here an average of 4 times a year for work. Never had any issues until last night. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk notified us that the only rooms with TVs working were second story. We agreed upon an upstairs room. While carrying in luggage, the clerk was outside monitoring a man who was dragging items out of the woods behind the gas station next door. She was very adamant that those items should not be taken upstairs into the room. The man left them at the edge of the parking area. Over the course of the next several hours, we heard several altercations, witnessed a number of people entering and exiting his room, and watched him proceed to drag those items and more into that room. Starting about 11pm, we had individuals knocking on the walls, our door, and running the balcony, causing disturbances. I finally told the last woman to quit knocking on our door at 4:07am.
We had intended to be up and headed our for work by 6, but due to all of this activity, our sleep was limited. We discussed this with the overnight clerk twice, when I called from our room down to the front desk. I also addressed the situation with the morning clerk when I checked out this morning.
Very disappointed with our stat this time. I understand that the employees are limited in their actions, but I feel more should've been done.

Garbage hotel. If you are evacuating for a hurricane don’t expect any compassionate courtesy or southern hospitality. They will stick you with cancellation fees for your whole stay even if you have to leave early and your zone lets you back in. Also against their original cancellation policy. Glad I kept a screen shot. Also filthy parking area and bullet proof glass at the office. That should speak volumes. Just keep going to Alabama. You’ll be better off.

The room was great up until we seen a ROACH, crawling on the cake, I was so devastated. Then later on there was another ROACH on the wall.
