This was definitely NOT worth the money charged. Breakfast was cold cereal and waffles. And if you were not there early, you did not get any. There would only be 3 yogurts, 4 apples and one quart of milk put out daily. If you didnt get it while it was there, you went without. While the staff was very nice, they were never available. You would have to buzz from front desk and were generally told to come back later. No laundry facilities. Charged $20 per load for wash and dry. No folding. Clean clothes just crammed in a bag. Exterminator let himself in to my room without knocking despite do not disturb posted. Imagine waking up to find a strange man coming in to your room. When I complained to management I was told all I had to do was stay in bed because it only took a second to spray room. That is NOT acceptable. You can tell only very minimal cleaning between guest. Everything was dirty. Unless I wore shoes in my room, my feet bottoms were black. At $150 (with taxes) a night for a longterm stay, I expect a more.

We spent one night and it was not a bad experience. The building is a little run down but the rooms were nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help my elderly mother get a ground floor room right across from the exit and everyone that we met were very nice and helpful. A/C and TV worked fine. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only limited cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt or breakfast bars but the coffee was fresh and hot. Wil stay here again if we come up this way.

Manager is VERY RUDE to her employees!! Believe she only has has one besides the two housekeepers .. no people skills , knocks on doors for check out between 6-9 to see if your leaving or still in your room , underneath the beds have trash, doorbell to call to her room for service at desk . Complains about asking for towels (they was dirty stained and very old) pool is filthy (cloudy) door keys didn’t work the emergency exits didn’t lock they push open. Toilet ran all night (whistled very loudly) rooms stink, breakfast was waffles ,yogurt, and cereal . Do NOT recommend staying !! And the “front desk” worker shouldn’t have to pull sheets off the beds for the housekeepers that’s their job ..

I Don't recommend the free breakfast! It was not a good selection of food. We Came down at 7:30 no Coffee in the big pot. Cereal stale, one choice milk. Apple and Orange Juice in the machine. Waffle maker, but mix didn't taste good. Butter too hard, and cold to spread. No kind of egg or meat. No pastry at all, there was a few apples in a bowl. I had to go eat some where else.

There is never anyone at the front desk. They put elderly people on the second floor with no elevator so you have to carry your bags. The lobby area is filthy. The couch and chairs needs to be cleaned. Also underneath the couch is disgusting. The hair dryer was sparking and broken. There public bathrooms were broken. There were dust balls on the ceiling. There are many more hotels close to this one who are much better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Traveling needed to move out of a bad hotel reservation ASAP. found this hotel online, manager and staff were pleasant in making my confusing issue happen. I thank God for these ladies. Hotel parking lot felt so much safer from the hotel I left. Rooms are clean I haven't seen any unwanted guests lurking around my room and IT'S PEACEFUL!!!!

Absolutely the next worst hotel experience in my life and I have traveled extensively. Stayed in Room 121 near the rear door. Took 10 or more minutes to get hot water to wash face and/or take shower. Phone didn't work in room so I had to use my cell to call the office. Never stayed in a hotel without a closet to hang clothing, only two pegs extended from the wall.| . |Employee/owner was obnoxious, rude, and very condensing when I complained about the lack of hot water. Threatened to have me physically removed from the private property although it was in the middle of the night. ||Cancelled my Thanksgiving reservation. Advised all my family members to stay elsewhere. Prefer to sleep in my car before ever staying in the Quality Inn in Monroeville, Alabama.

The lady who works here is very rude. I swear to God if I wasn’t in the military, I would’ve brought her up from behind that desk. She is someone who likes to talk over you and her mouth is so bad. Do not stay here and save yourself the time and the money they charges me for three separate fees. Rooms aren’t worth a damn.
