Positive: The proximity to the event I was attending. Negative: There was a roach in my room and the comforter had stains and cigarette burns everywhere. The floor clearly had not been properly clean. There were ants crawling in the AC control panel and on the elevator panel.

I am actually staying in a room here tonight but as always this hotel exceeds my standards. My room is very beautiful and clean! They have obviously made sure to clean the refrigerator, microwave, drawers, shower, everything. Spotless. And believe me I always have to look around my hotel room and do a thorough inspection. I usually end up cleaning my own room before I'll even unpack my things. Not here. Everywhere I have looked is freshly swept, mopped, whipped down, etc. Even the window seal has been dusted and the filters in the air conditioner are clean! If that's not enough to convince you to stay here the lady that greeted us from the front desk is friendly, professional, and has beautiful welcoming smile. When I got here around 12 this afternoon I introduced myself and noted that I was aware that check in is at 3pm but i wanted to go ahead and make sure to let them know I had arrived and would patiently wait until 3. She instantly informed me that there was no need to wait, the room was ready. She handed me the key card. Like I already said the room is nice and clean. But let me add that the bed is LIKE LAYING ON A CLOUD!! ITS SOOO SOFT! The towels are surprisingly soft as well instead of the hard scratchy hotel towels I'm used to. The tv is on a wall mount that allows you to tilt and turn the position to accommodate your viewing perspective. The AC & refrigerator are super efficient and working overtime. I highly recommend you stay here. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. when the hotel attendant agreed to move me and my husband and his elderly mother after a 16 hour drive ; we went to 4 different rooms in which NONE of them were clean. It was 2am and every room had roaches. My options were go to a different hotel & they refused to give me a refund OR sleep for another 4 hours before I had to leave for a 16hr trip back home. The manager argued with me about a refund because “roaches are not big deal” save your money. It’s cleaner under the freeway.

we stayed on the third floor in the king bed double room. the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work but only at night when it was needed. bed sheets weren’t clean. we stayed for a week and never got room service or any kind of clean sheets. seen multiple bugs. hallway reeks of marijuana. no vending machines or ice machines work on any floors. very thin walls. lamps have shortages and only work when hanging halfway out of the wall. developed a rash after the third day. this place was great for our location needs but not clean at all

The reason I gave a 4 for the room, was because you can tell they are still remodeling in some rooms, and I had to call for a shower curtain and there is no closet space in my room. Besides that, the rooms was very clean and orderly. The employees was so very nice, some couldn't understand English well, but they understood hand language well. But your rooms was cleaned everyday if you asked, no questions. Friendly at the front desk, went out their way to help. But my only draw back was, breakfast was served so early, kids are not 6 or 6:30 riser. And it was over so soon, with not the simply things left. But here at this hotel, no worries, you have a Waffle House, Circle K and a Church's Chicken as you walk out the front door. How cool is that, interest 85 isn't a block away, you are right there for your connection. The prices are also great there also, so go stay a couple nights or the weekend, I think you would enjoy it. This property is maintaining the minimal standard in lodging. Clean comfortable bed, sheets did have holes, bathroom basic, thin worn towels. basic breakfast offering. better than 4 years ago. compared to other local hotels this property was less expensive. Eat at Waffle House next door. Franchisee needs to invest in this property.
