Why a business won’t let their customers to use their restrooms. I purchased gas and Power Ball, but I need to drive somewhere else to piss

I came to this gas station last night for gas because it says $4.55 if you pay cash and $4.65 with credit.

I parked on pump one, and when I walked in, I noticed the cashier was on the phone until he felt it was necessary to help me.

After noticing I was standing there, I asked him to put $30 cash on pump 1. I saw the pump didn’t reflect the cash price on the board, so I told him the pump wasn’t working.

His first response was that I paid with credit, and that’s why the cash price won’t show. I informed him I paid cash; he went back into his system to tell me that I had bought $1 worth of gas. I told him he could run the security tapes because I gave him $30 in cash and didn’t pump any gas. The customer, even behind me explained to him she didn’t pump any gas. It’s on the last transaction.

I told him I would like to have my $30 back and take my business elsewhere; he told me no, that I paid for gas, and he wouldn’t give it back. I told him I was going to call the police, and he begin to say he didn’t understand my English. After he claimed to have reached the owner and knew the police were coming, that’s when he was willing to give back my money. Although he went out of the store to try and pump my gas when I told him I was not interested in getting gas there.

The pump price you pay is not the same as the price on the board. Horrible customer service. Even that night, the customer behind me left because he was so disgusted by the cashier's behavior that he refused to get gas there. Find another gas station. Please don’t waste your time. Between the cashier and owner, they don’t care.

The pump price you pay is not the same as the price on the billboard. Furthermore, the owner could not be convinced of this fact. It's too bad because this is a convenient station but I will be finding my gas elsewhere.

It's a small gas station. What can you say about gas stations not too many people that work in gas stations are too friendly. It's ok they got drinks snacks. Btw good prices on gas.

Avoid going this place, reasons,
1. Low grade gas.
2. Poor customer service.
3. No restrooms for customers.
4. 35 cents charges on every transaction you make.

They charged a fee for using credit/debit card. There was no notice posted on the gas pumps.

My gas tank has a problem in that it does not allow gas to flow in quickly unless it is parked on a sloping Hill this gas station just so happens to have as slight decline as you exit allowing my gas tank to fill up without any trouble four mechanics have tried to fix this and I came up with the solution of lowering the front of the truck allowing the gas to drain downward and fixed it this may be the only spot I know of that will except gas in my old truck
