Had to stop ourselves from buying everything in the store today. Was relieved to see that they switched from Sadaf to Greenland spices which, in addition to being a more ethical option, are better quality anyway. Meat counter was clean and reasonably priced. Great deli counter. Great service. Will probably try the restaurant soon.

My low rating is due to the meat crew's inappropriate response when I asked them to cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Instead of explaining that it wasn't possible, they replied with, "Come and try; I’ll cut my fingers." Please take this feedback positively and guide them on proper customer service.

The butchers, store clerks almost everyone who works there is extremely rude. The meat is of good quality but most of the other stuff is overpriced , the vegetables are poorly stocked and not fresh. It’s always a regret going to this shop because of the lack of customer service. They are rude!

The quality of their meat can’t be beat. My favorite go to place in the east bay. Always impressed with how clean they keep their shop as well. Feels much better buying my halal meat from a place maintaining this level of standard versus others that don’t, and if you’re reading this, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about.

I love their market, I used to go to the old location. I will be back now that I have the new location. Fresh quality lamb and the best hummus on the West Coast, my wife will be very happy because she loves the daily fresh hummus.

Rahma has been a go to for many years - the cleanest smelling Halal meat shop in the Bay Area. Some personal favorites for me are their hot dogs and halal chicken rotisserie. It’s not the cheapest but the extra cost is worth the value in most cases I think
