Overall, decent experience. The store was pretty basic, being in South Georgia after all, but the service was excellent. In particular, originally we scheduled a pickup, but had to change to delivery last minute, and the delivery team was outstanding with their understanding and courtesy. They helped with my existing furniture, removing it to my truck for disposal, and were extremely careful with the new furniture. We ended up having a defective piece in the delivery on Friday, and they came back out to replace it as soon as we realized the issue on and reported it to them that next Monday. Many thanks guys!!!

2-25-25 I walked in Railway Freight .I love the way they greet you. I was asked did I need any help. Great customer service!! The prices were reasonable. I purchased a table set for my daughter. They helped me put it in my truck. It took no time at all. I will be shopping with Railway Freight again really soon.
