I bought crochet hair. Asked the man if they had anymore he said no. But I was expecting him to tell me when they were getting more. I also bought an electric nail and it was broke. I don’t even wanna waste my time going back to return anything. Because I know they’re gonna give me problems. I’m so stressed out. I just wanted a nice working nail file and some good crochet hair to keep up with my diy maintenance but with the price of everything at this place I could’ve just went and got my hair professionally done.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a beauty salon. The owner wrongly accused my young cousin of stealing a few inexpensive roll-on perfumes worth a total of $12. If you’re unwilling to respectfully serve the community, maybe it’s time to reconsider being here. Accusing customers without reason is unacceptable! I returned all the items I bought and will never do business at this establishment again. The management is unprofessional, and no one should make young people feel this way.

Wow, I just came out of this store and I enjoyed the fact that they greeted me upon entering. The store was very organized. After shopping a little bit, I did have a young lady. Asked me finding it some help in which she continued to help me find what I was looking for, along with providing me with some suggestions. I thank them for having such a wonderful store. The manager or owner came out and greeted me. And I thanked her for having such good customer service, since it is hard to find that these days. I will be back.

Unfortunately I have to give this one star review for the negative attitude of the owner. To the owner, you were short, impolite and not patient. This is the only Beauty supply in the WG area and prior to you coming we were driving to get what we needed else where. The reason I started to come here is because I felt at those other beauty supply places had rude employees or owners who treated their customers as if they did not matter or were not the reason that the store was in business! If you as the owner will mimic the behaviours as the other beauty supply stores, I might as well resume my drive because those other stores at least had an overall better selection. I will state that your employees have great attitudes to their customers and that is a plus, but let’s keep it real, your customers help you to continue to pay your bills. Winter Garden does not need another store with an owner who does not appreciate the customers.

Started out having a great experience. The young Pregnant girl that helped me and knew exactly what I needed. She was very nice as well as the owner helped me find the other items I needed. I called ahead to make sure they took Google Pay and was told. Yes. get to the register to pay. And it tells me my card is expired.. Not expired doesn't expire till 8/2025. Try several times then the older woman says we don't take Google Pay. I said yes, you do. It's right there on the screen. Who did you talk to when you called? You didn't get a name? No because you take google Pay, it says so right here. I asked, do you want to take me to another register and try the other register. Maybe your machine isn't working? Then the other lady at the other register goes no it ain't us it's you. I said O k, I've used this card 3 times in the last 30 minute before I walked in. It's not my card I guess you just don't want my business and I left. When to the gas station a block away use my google pay no problem . It's a Shame I would rather give my money to a local business than Amazon,
