The clothing here is not only cute but also remarkably affordable. Despite our previous visits where assistance was seldom offered, our last visit was a delightful exception, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Katie, a truly outstanding employee. Her warm and genuine willingness to help us not only brightened our shopping experience but also played a pivotal role in our decision to make a purchase. Katie’s outstanding customer service is a shining example, and she is a true asset to this store. We hope to encounter more employees like her in the future.

Visited earlier this week. Wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am for the employee there named Katie. She was the sweetest human I’ve ever met working retail. She took her time helping my daughter and I find outfits for an upcoming dinner. If you go, ask for Katie’s help!

Clothes are pretty cute. Better than any other store in this mall. But they wouldn't allow me to use their fitting room. Didn't tell me why I couldn't use the fitting room. The woman behind the counter told me no I can't use her fitting rooms because they're "closed" (gave no reason why they are closed in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday) but I can return the clothes within 7 days if they don't fit...guess what... They don't fit. I live too far to come back and return them. It wouldn't be worth the drive but it really made me mad that she was just too lazy to open the fitting rooms. I would have probably bought much more if I could have tried it on but I just bought 2 cheap shirts so that I wouldn't be put out too much money since I had to buy without knowing if they fit. Please stop hiring these kind of lazy females in retail stores. Wouldn't happen at Maurice's. They go above and beyond to help you.

I was in there today4/4/22 around 6:30. It was slow with to assistants looking busy. I walked around browsing through all the cute styles I found a beautiful solid red dress and a light weight denim jacket together were a probably around almost $40. I waited and waited and when one sales person finally walked by I was like amen, but no she looked right at me and my young daughter waiting to check out and went right back to what she was doing. WOW even then we still waited giving the benefit of the
doubt, but no she never came back and the store is not that big you can see in a dead store someone waiting. Then when I walked out with nothing had the nerve to say have a nice day. Really I told her we had waited a while for someone to check us out and no one ever showed so I left my items at the register . Will never recommend this store to anyone.
