Raley’s, we as customers don’t necessarily mind waiting for the mostly pleasant cashiers BUT having to walk down aisle 8 or aisle 5 to get in line for the traditionally open register 5 and 6 is absolutely ridiculous!

The cluster display in aisles 6 and 7 do not allow for a cart to navigate next to another cart and creates more than a small inconvenience for the majority of your customers.

Have you heard this before, maybe but I doubt on a level that you think about the repercussions of that year round set up. As customers, some may be sharing with your cashiers but in all actuality it probably doesn’t move farther than that given the overall expected response to relaying customer issues.

A review probably falling on deaf ears but worth a shot.

Friendly staff. Good items.

Horrible check out line situation. Lines consistently into the aisles. Express line hardly ever open. This store needs self check out lanes severely. Actually the only store I know of without them. Last week I had no joke a 20 minute wait in line. I know a lot of people exaggerate and say 20 minutes, but it was 20 literal minutes. My wife and I timed it to laugh amongst ourselves becuase we always joke about how horrible the line situation is here. Now strongly avoid this store even though we love raleys because you don't know if it's going to be a 5 minute or 30 minute visit when you need 1 gallon of milk and a loaf of bread. Looking back people have been giving this same type of feedback for the last 5 years they don't care.

A huge shout out for both Toni (who decorated the cake) and Tobi (the department Supervisor, who took the order over the phone)
I called, asking for a 1/4 sheet cake for a wedding celebration that took place one month after the couple's wedding. I described in detail what I was looking for in name, design and detail. Tobi listened, caught my vision and said, "I got you!". Music to my ears!!! Then, Toni created the perfect cake and design for the occasion!!! An absolute blessing for the couple and guests!!!
Thank you so much!!! I am still in awe about how it all worked out!!!

It's okay, overpriced. My e scooter was stolen and they don't have working cameras. So they could t get it back. They are clearly low on money as they can't afford many more employees. One thing they need is self checkout

Nice staff. They have a nice variety in the Asian section. This store stocks two of my favorite products - Angelo Pietro Salad Dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. East to find and plenty of parking.

This raleys has the WORST bakery employees. When it is possible to grab their attention from behind the counter they just seem to be upset they have to help. But thats when possible, majority of the time they ignore any waves, or shouts their way until you go away. And there is no bell or buzzer for assistance. The deli and Chinese counter wont get you help for the bakery either.

I usually go to Raley’s to buy my fav coffee beans. Stumptown from Portland and Intelligentsia from Chicago.

I used to order these online but Raley’s carry a huge variety for these brands and cheaper than online and best part you don’t have to wait for days for my fav coffee to arrive.

I give 5 star for coffee selection and prices. Please try these two coffees out. You will not be disappointed.

Shout out to Brentwood Police Department, especially CSO Franaschetti!!! You are my hero!!! I left my wallet on the counter at Raley’s on Sandcreek. I realized hours after I got home that I had left it. I called the store and they quickly said, nope no wallets turned in. My husband went to the store and was brushed off, with nope no wallets. I called again before I went to bed and same response. I called this morning and was again told a very quick nope no wallets. I called Brentwood police and made a report. Officer Franaschetti went to Raleys and once again their response was , nope no wallets turned in. She persisted and asked again to go look in their safe, and guess what? My wallet!!!! Thank you so much CSO Franaschetti, your persistence paid off. And to Raleys, you’ve lost our business. We canceled all of our bank cards, credit cards, and ordered a replacement drivers license all because you were too lazy to go look!!!
