Stopped by the Ralph Lauren to pick up some pants and coffee at the cafe. I've been to quit a few Ralph Lauren across the country. As far as beauty goes, this location may take the cake! The store is stunning.

The Ralph Lauren store is truly remarkable! The interior feels like it belongs in a high-end magazine spread. The store features a wide variety of merchandise for all ages, and there's even an entire floor dedicated to home decor. The staff is warm and extremely helpful. As if that weren't enough, you can also enjoy a visit to Ralph’s Coffee or the RL Restaurant and Bar. I highly recommend trying the crab cake and an Old Fashioned!

The most spectacular Ralph Lauren store I’ve been to! It’s four stories, with a coffee shop and a restaurant. The boutique is beautifully decorated and feels like you are walking thru someone’s stunning home. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s not just a store, it’s an experience. Our family loves this brand, always high quality and classic style. This store is a gem in downtown Chicago. This store can be compared to an expensive European museum. The store has a large selection and very pleasant staff. I recommend coming with the whole family, doing some shopping and drinking coffee in the cafe that is located nearby.

An absolute must visit. One of a kind location with stunning interior design across multiple floors. Clothing quality is light years ahead of other so-called luxury brands. An American gem.

This was, without a doubt, the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the store, I was in awe. The beautifully dressed mannequins and the stunning upstairs area left me speechless.

As I explored the upstairs rooms with my brother, I couldn’t stop talking about all the Ralph Lauren facts I knew. I was pointing out pieces I found beautiful and sharing the history of Ralph Lauren and his design house. After about 45 minutes of this, while showing my brother one of the rooms, a gentleman who worked there approached us.

He said, "I heard you talking about Ralph Lauren and love your appreciation and passion. So, take this—it’s our last one. I think it will interest you." He then handed me a newspaper all about Ralph Lauren.

This act of kindness went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Hearing the excitement in my voice, he took the time to find something special and personally hand it to me. It’s a gesture I will never forget.

Between this man’s incredible customer service and Ralph Lauren’s exceptional craftsmanship, I will forever recommend the brand. I never got his name, but if he happens to see this, I hope he knows how much his thoughtful gesture meant to me.

This is probably one of the coolest stores I have ever been in! It is massive with multiple floors and it feels like you’re walking through an old mansion. It’s decorated beautifully and the selection of clothes and home items are awesome. Highly recommend stopping here even if you don’t have the money to spend but to just look around and grab a coffee from their shop on the first floor.

Beautiful Store, even if you are not buying, it is fun to see all the rooms. Amy helped us out in the boys department. She was very patient, helped get sizes and checked us out. Very quick and efficient. Thank you.
