I love me some RALPHS, and I love me some RALPHS fuel. By combining my Ralph’s rewards with a trip to RALPHS fuel, i end up saving about $1.50 a gallon, which is significant when I’m filling up my 22 gallon Cayenne. And the attendants there are always helpful!

One of the best places for lower-priced gas especially if you use your Ralph's fuel points.
People are friendly and place is clean. Never seen the bathroom. Longer lines but nothing like Costco lines.

The set up of this station makes getting into and safely out of a minor challenge. The station is on a fairly busy corner & the pumps are kind of close to the streets, making it pretty much impossible to get past cars on the outer side of the pumps.
Purchasing gas here with the Ralph's discount can be less expensive than most nearby fuel stations though.

Great gas station, extremely busy at times. But that's because the prices are fair and affordable. There prices have slightly risen since all that's been happening in Ukraine, but it's still the cheapest most quality fuel in around area. I would say this is the best gas station in Pasadena. Just avoid busy times 12:00-1:00pm.

I used my ralphs card for the discount and when I put the info in,it ask if I want to use the.30cents off. I don't use it because I wasn't filling the tank. It says it doesn't expire till the 31st. This has happened before and every single time we go back, the discount is gone before the end date.

Whatever happened to politeness and understanding? The attendee who works the Terry makes it seems like it is a hassle to input customers' information. At the begging of the whole transaction, I was thankful and graft up for her service and help but when she didn’t understand me because she was not listening she had to redo the transaction and it is when her demeanor and her behavior change towards me. It was as if I was an inconvenience and I was wasting her time she belittled me and made me feel like using my rewards is something mediocre and of low class, she made me feel bad about myself. In the end, I walked away knowing I just needed gas to get home but she soon came to approach me towards my car again and belittled me saying sarcastically and condescendingly I’m sorry you did not get your $.10 off.
I would not be writing this review, because as I said, I rather just walk away, but I think this person needs to understand that she cannot do this to everyone and hopefully she will understand that people have feelings whether we are male or female. It scared me that she approached my car because I had walked away. I did not want to aggravate her or trigger her but for her to come up to my car is scared me because again, I am a male and she most likely can turn any situation to benefit her, but I am glad I was the bigger person I wish her no ill will. I just hope she understands that her behavior was not acceptable.
