They've really turned this place around. The rooms are nice and very affordable. The owners are super sweet and they don't make you feel annoying. Very good place.

tried give us room w mattress outside door on parking lot ground and just box sprung then refused give me my money back less then 10 mins after paid

We stayed here for a week. This place is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. First of all there is no do not disturb sign so that my children did not get woke up. Second I had to repeatedly say we did not need anything and they would just stand there with the door open. The staff was rude and the light in the bathroom was very dim. Not no mention the roaches that we seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Spend a little extra and find something better that doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke!

Dirty smells like smoke. Black mold and lots of tweakers. Owners are rude and limit your toilet paper usage and the housekeeper says they only wash the blankets when they smell like smoke after someone checks out. Bed is squeaky and hard as hell. Pillows flat and stained. Don't stay here.

There housekeeping service sucks!!!! But yet she lives here for free to do that damn job while the people renting the rooms go out into the community and work their asses off to pay the $240 a week they charge. And can't even get your room cleaned daily for that price. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, NEVER!!!! AND THEY ASK YOU TO RATE IT, HMM A NEGATIVE 10 IN MY BOOK!!!! I had to rate it before it would let me post, no what kind of s*** is that? You know my rating of this dump from reading my review.

Clerk wasn't very helpful when inquiring about a guest. I simply asked him to call my friends room to give them the heads up of my arrival SINCE I HAD BEEN INVITED...I told him he could ask my friends if it was okay for me to have the room number and he was just so obtuse...wouldn't help me one iota!!! So don't expect the 'GOLD+ package' treatment!!!

I ended up in a financial bind and had to find temporary housing, so I chose the Ranch-O-Tel. I figured since it was sandwiched between a Walmart and a laundromat, it'd be a great choice, since I could walk to do my grocery shopping and walk to do my laundry, saving me gas money. What a mistake this was.

The owners *barely* speak English. It was a struggle even getting a room rented, plus I couldn't get Internet because the owner had no idea what I was saying when I asked for the Wi-Fi code. Once I got in, I found the walls were caked with hard grease that was no longer cleanable because it had sat and hardened for so long. The room included a sink/stovetop combo; one burner barely worked, and the other didn't work at all. The bathroom was disgusting; I felt nasty just taking a shower there. The carpet floors were so nasty, I would walk across it and my feet would turn black.

The worst part, by FAR, was the fleas. I'm so grateful that, for the week I was here, my cat was still with my cousin in Fayetteville, or he'd be infested. I sprayed bug spray on the floors and my legs were still chewed at. I woke up in the mornings with at least ten new bites below my knees.

I hauled ass out of this place as soon as my week's deposit was up and immediately relocated to the Extended Stay America in Springdale, which is not much more expensive, and is perfectly clean, well maintained and has much better amenities. Avoid the Ranch-O-Tel at all costs. It epitomizes "dump".

Dirty rooms and really loud. Lots of ransom people banging on the door looking for other people. Low budget you get what you pay for super cheap weekly rates. Rooms are small tv's are cheap but does have cable and within walking distance to Wal-Mart
