This guy gave us amazing service after contacting AAA roadside assistance. He was the only person capable of starting our car after a computer glitch on our 2022 Lincoln Navigator. We spend 3-4 hours on the phone with our Lincoln concierge and the Lincoln dealership we purchased the car from to no avail. I’d highly recommend and would def use his services again. He’s knowledgeable and hard working! Thank you so much.

Quick and professional by Kevin Paddock. He said preferring a review over tip, “Better than money for a recommendation.”
He called a minute after insurance company said help would arrive in 45-60 minutes. He was there in 10. Had as going less than 10! Superb service by a professional.

Tonight your professionalism really shined ! While on a call helping another woman at the gas station you finished that job and turned and noticed our hood open, you walked over and within 5 he diagnosed the issue. Pesky shift cable had complete broke. We told him thanks and we appreciate his help. He didn’t have to come over , and he could have led with pricing for his help. He did not. He just genuinely came over just to help us out, in the cold rain mind you. Thanks again buddy and I now have your business number saved !

Had a flat tire, with my wife and special needs child and had to park at a “rough” gas station in Panama City Beach. After I placed the call for service, they called me back right away and arrived quickly. Replaced the tire in no time. Very friendly and awesome service. Couldn’t be any happier with their service. Highly recommend.

I would give troy and his business 10 stars if i could! Amazing, friendly and quick! My spare wouldn't fit, so he fixed my tire that was flat in the rain. I will only use Troy and his business Rapid Unlocks for all my light service emergencies. This is the second time I have had to use them. You can depend on them! They are always there!
