She arranged for free carpet samples to be shipped from the manufacture directly to me so I could see how various options looked in my home. Sonia’s expertise was invaluable in selecting the perfect custom area rugs for my dining room and family room - my home decor is coming together. I couldn’t be happier with the results and all at a great price. I highly recommend Ray’s Carpet One and Sonia in particular – she’s great!

We needed to get pricing on having an inherited house carpeted that was 70 miles away from our home and we didn't have anyone that could give us a trustworthy recommendation. We found the listing for Ray's Carpet One and after reading all the positive reviews we decided to stop in. We received a very warm welcome from Sonia and after telling her that we were just looking for carpet pricing to give prospective home buyers a carpet allowance she was able to give us carpet and pad suggestions that fit our budget. She scheduled a time to come out to measure the house so we could have an accurate price; she did this all free of charge without any guarantee that we would be purchasing the carpet from Ray's. As it turned out we were so impressed with Sonia's excellent customer service we did purchase the carpet from Ray's. Sonia set up her crew to come out, remove and haul away the old carpet and install the new carpet all within a timeframe that fit our schedule. The installation was completed earlier than promised, as we were not able to be there the day of completion Sonia went out and checked that everything was how it should be. The crew was very respectful of the property and did an excellent job. I can not express how happy we are that we choose Ray's Carpet One to do business with and how absolutely lucky we were to have met Sonia. In a world that seems to be ignoring customer service Sonia is an absolute gem!

From selection to installation, Ray’s Carpet One Floor & Home has been awesome! I worked with Sonia, who is super knowledgeable and great at explaining the pros and cons of each type of flooring. She walked me through all of the options for durable flooring. I was looking for flooring that would be suitable for a family with dogs. Sonia helped me select the perfect product that coordinates with our color scheme and looks amazing.

Installation by Rob and Efrain went so smoothly. They were craftsmen and had wonderful attention to detail, hand selecting every board to keep the floor pattern interesting and consistent. In addition, they did a fantastic job on the trickiest parts like the stairs and around a curved vanity in the downstairs bathroom. They worked very efficiently to get the job done right and ahead of schedule. Rob walked me through the results afterwards. I’ve been nothing but impressed with the whole team at Ray’s Carpet One Floor & Home. Thank you!
