My experience was great, I drove all the way from Cleveland Ohio to get the car and JJ and his team kept all their promises and had me in and out as quick as possible, with the truck fully detailed and ready to go, looking almost new!!

I have worked in auto sales and finance myself and the approval this dealer got me was very strong, no other dealers I contacted were able to get me such a fair interest rate on such a nice vehicle.

My only (super minor) issue was that it was a bit of a hassle to get my Ohio license plates, that’s not really the dealers fault, just one of those paperwork headaches. I wanted to wait to write my review until I had my license plates, which I do now.
Even with a tiny paperwork hiccup my experience was still a 10/10 and I would definitely buy another vehicle from these guys

I had spoken to the owner Juan Jose and he asked me to pass by and see what they had in stock that he will help me. When I got there I spoke to Gustavo the sales associate, super nice and professional he showed me all my options and explained everything in detail. Then I spoke to the financial department I was a bit scared because my credit was not too good but they made it happen. The whole process was so easy. I am so happy with my experience and now i have a wonderful truck to help by business grow. Recommend them 💯

Record every conversation. They will lie like crazy. False promises. The price will change several times before you sign and they will make excuses why the amount posted is severely thousands less then what you actually pay. The try to hide what's wrong with the vehicle and try to make you pay for it. Customer service is horrible. Will even watch sports instead of assisting you. They let you drive of the lot in a completely empty tank, and when you run out of gas before you make it to a gas station they give you a number for towing assistance that you have to pay for. Probably all the same company. I will never ever buy a car from this place again. I could go on, but I won't last thing they need to change there hours because they're always late.

Dais is a very sweet and helpful woman to me from the moment I texted about the car I was interested in, all the way until I drove off the lot in my new Jeep. My credit isn’t great and I didn’t have a big down payment to give but he worked hard to make it possible for me to buy the car and get the lowest monthly payments possible.
