Such great people. I started looking for a local coffee roasting company for better coffee. Came across Red Bike Coffee and I am so happy I did! Meet the owner and he gave me a bag of coffee to try out that says a lot right there. Took home and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! This coffee is real deal. Give them a try!

Genuinely the BEST coffee roasted around. I used to order coffee from New Mexico then discovered Red Bike about a year ago. Not only are the coffee beans just top notch, so are the people. If you love GREAT coffee and GREAT people, AND believe in supporting local, please check them out. You will not be disappointed. They have specialty roasts that are to die for, and their Costa Rica Tarrazu just might be the best thing going.

Red Bike Coffee is my FAVORITE place to get coffee beans. I've been there multiple times and I'm always so happy with the coffee that I get. Jon, the roaster/owner, is super nice and knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. Definitely check it out!

We love this coffee. The coffee smells and taste great. I’ve had the Ethiopia Natural Yirgacheffe which is really good. Right now my favorite is Brazilian Cerrado CBD Infused. My wife who is not a big coffee drinker loves it too. I’ve also have an opportunity to know and work with Jon Robles. Great guy and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Red Bike is absolutely my FAVORITE coffee in the entire world! The workers are so knowledgeable about what makes a good coffee good, and take care in every batch that they make and fill it with lots of love. Getting to see the process of them roasting the beans felt like a dream come true! My current favorite is the peaberry (currently put of season), but their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a VERY close second. Get yourself a bag of Bourbon barrel when it comes around - it sells out quick and is DELICIOUS!!

Mr. Jon Robles and Red Bike are a stand alone brand. Every bag that we get is of the utmost quality. It is always very freshly roasted and received in a very timely manner. The thing that impresses me more than the coffee, is the man behind the coffee, Jon. He is so passionate about what he does and it shows through the coffee he roast. We are a small coffee shop in a little town in Northeast Mississippi called Mantachie. We are literally surrounded by bean fields. Certainly a town you would not expect to get a latte or macchiato. Yet Jon on a whim in the middle of the week decided he was going to take the 2 hour trip and come check us out. He cared enough about his product and our little shop to just stop in and say hi and how’s it going. I can’t speak for no one other than myself when I say we supposedly live in a time when we are “ as connected as ever”. However I feel we are as disconnected as ever. Personalization is almost a lost art especially in business. So hats off to Jon and the staff at Red Bike who believe in not only providing a great coffee but providing service that is even better. Everything about this coffee shop is fantastic!! They are not only amazing with their knowledge and expertise with all things coffee (and food!!) but Jon, Danny, Leah, and the rest of the crew are such wonderful people, they make you feel at home right away! I love Red Bike Coffee!

Fantastic coffee and fantastic food. The staff is all lovely and the atmosphere is great. Seriously, come here if you want good coffee! My only complaint is the distribution of tasks behind the scenes. For whatever reason the manager or owner, the gentleman with the gray goatee, is taking orders often. I'll be honest, this guy does not have customer service skills, and if you aren't generous in your interpretation of his communication skills he seems a bit rude. No smiling, no customer service platitudes, cuts you off mid sentence because he is only going to communicate in the order of the POS system, and he also hardly makes any eye contact with the guest. The bones of this business are too good to be squandered by having somebody without customer service skills be the person directly interacting with the customers. I'm saying this as genuinely as I can with no ill will towards this man I'm sure he's great at a lot and I applaud him for running the business as well as he seemingly is but as a manager or as an owner you need to understand where your strengths are. I'm putting all five stars because I'm rooting for y'all, and I hope this feedback is helpful.
