Beware your Mouth!
Check your order BEFORE leaving the store, & No Refunds means NO REFUNDS!!!!

I asked for Golden Deer, Full Flavor 100's, and what she put in my bag was Kings, (The Short Ones) Even tho the mistake was theirs, I'm the one who's getting Screwed!!
They won't even let me exchange them less than 24 hours later!!!

Place is okay most of the employees are nice but the main employee Claudia is very very rude disrespectful and should be fired always has an attitude 😡😡😡😡😡
And very rude to customers id recommend going to the one located in Palm springs area

Redhawks Tobacco is the best smoke shop in Desert Hot Springs the s try staff is very helpful and polite to everyone who goes through the door they are knowledgable about all that they carry and if it's not in this store they will call the other 2 stores and if they have it they will get it up here within a day or two I highly recommend doing all your business with them cause you are treated like family in all 3 locations

Constantly changing prices. Lady tried to charge me 5.38& for small grabba leaf . They aren’t even that high in LA😂😂😂
