I had an excellent experience with Red Hoagland Hyundai! After my car broke down due to bad gas, I was stressed and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, Lacy, my service representative, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure I received the best service possible and kept me updated every step of the way. Since I live two hours away, they even provided me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired, which was a huge relief. The entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and my car was fixed quickly and properly. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service. My car was towed into Red Hoagland Hyundai on 6/11/2024 for a motor repair and wh n i drove it home on 9/7/2024 it had front end damage that was not there when it was brought to them. Ryan my service guy sent me pictures on July 25th from the dealership so I could g t full coverage for a rental car and these pictures qre proof there was no front end damage. The week before I was to pick my car up Ryan called me and said my front rim was bent to the point it would not hold air so I would need to pay $17 to have my back tire moved forward and my spare put on to drive home. At this point I questioned him. He never said anything about the new damage. I asked how this happened he said ma'am it was towed. What he didn't know was that my mechanic towed it in and told me he drove my car off the tow truck. No flat tires and no damage. I paid it just wanting to get my car after it being there for months. When I went to pick up my car on 8/31 as soon as I walked out and saw my car there was front door and damage on the right and left side of my bumper like someone wrecked it. And that would explain the bent front rim. I went back in and asked to speak with someone in service but no one was there so I left my car. The sales Manager took pictures also and said the service manager Bryan Crawford would be contacting me on Monday. I waited until 4pm on Monday and no call. I called 2 times on Tuesday and left messages then 3 times on Wednesday and Left messages finally I got a call back Wednesday afternoon noon from Bryan who knew nothing about the issue. I told him I would s and the photos to him for the dealship showing no damage and he gave the phone again to the service guy Ryan who provided his email. Needless to say I never spoke to the service manager again. Ryan then proceeded to argue with me via email for 2 days and told me they didn't damage my car even tho the proof is in the pictures he send me and to come get my car because they were stopping payment on the rental. They left me know choice on 9/7/2024 I drove my car from the dealership to my home in Lakeland Florida where it shut off and has not started up since. You might expect this from a local mom and pop shop but a dealership to wreck your car then act like it didn't happen with pictures and now just ignore you is the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend anyone taking you car to this place. Below are the pictures from the dealership and what it looked like when I picked it up. You tell me they didn't wreck it. And sham on Bryan Crawford the service manager for not taking this morning serious.

Today my husband and I purchased a car at red hoagland Hyundai. We had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Xabian was so nice and patient with us, he showed us multiple options within our price range. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. Then Jason walked us through the financing and paper work. He was explained everything so well and made the whole process so easy.

I highly recommend purchasing a car from here, the price was fair and the car was in great condition! I'm so grateful!

Had a great experience with Red Hoagland Hyundai from start to finish. They handled my elderly mom with great care. She mistakenly added Gap Insurance and without question the next day after purchasing the car they removed it with no questions asked. Thank you Ezra (Sales) and Al Habeil (Finance Manager) for *all* your help. Mom loves her new car!

I only go here for service. Every time I've brought my catfish in, it's been smooth from start to finish. Even when a repair went wrong, they expedited whatever part was needed and gave me the greenlight to keep driving my car until the part came in. When the wheels fall off this thing, I'm going here instead of Orlando

Thank you to Lacey, Maria, and the entire crew for the excellent customer service we received with our warranty work on our 2014 Sata Fe. From start to finish we we kept aware of the status, and informed about what was happening with our engine replacement. We were treated with kindness, smiles and honest projections of the time needed. Once our engine came it the service techs were quick to get us back on the road. Thank you all for taking an extremely stressful situation and making it less stressful. I would give you 10 stars if I could. YOU ROCK!

Bought my 2015 Hyundia Santa fe from red. Never Again! They do not take responsibility for their vehicles! They told me the oil test was covered and then got me there to say it was 600$! What a racket, sell me broken car only to ask me for more money to "test" to see if its burning oil. Can't stand Liars!!!

We had an appointment this morning to have an engine combustion test done due to my vehicle burning oil, which we were told was covered under our extended warranty so we gladly made the apportionment for today and set up a ride for us to be picked up. While I'm at work my wife calls me in a panic saying they want to charge 600$ for this test and it's not covered under warranty, after she drove an hour to get there with a newborn. I was put on the phone with Amy and she explained to me multiple times this cost 600$ and it's not under warranty. She didn't care, this was totally the opposite of what I was told last week when I made the appointment. This is not right and customers shouldn't be treated this way.

I am very happy with my experience at Red Hoagland Hyundai dealership, I was marketing around for a Fully loaded Santa Fe for a long time, went to many dealerships but the treatment and quality that this Hyundai dealership had was excellent. Car is certified in really good condition inside, outside and under the car really clean, thanks so much for the sales Cole, great guy he helped me a lot trying to make the deal possible. This is our first family SUV and we are very happy. This dealership is no games, the price is honest with the cars they have, no market adjustment, they don't force you to get any extras, you buy what you want. Thanks too for Kenneth (finance) and Justin Hoagland for the treatment. You guys are awesome 👍. See you guys during the services. I highly recommend this dealership, next time we will come to get a brand new car with them.
