One of my coworkers very highly recommended his boots and that's what brought me to this store. The boots that had me drive an hour to Pensacola, are the Exos Lite 2435. I saw they had physical stores and learned they check your gait, foot width and etc too. How cool is that! I was helped by a store associate named Melissa. She patiently explained and answered all questions about the boots. 5 stars all across for my first pair of Red Wing boots!

Will update later about the quality of the boots, wear and tear, pros and cons in about 3 months.

Great from the moment I walked in. Melissa helped me and was fantastic. I was really impressed with the foot and gait diagnostic they preform. Way better info that just a Brannock measurement. You even get a copy of the break down sent to your email. They had the boot I was looking for in stock and perfectly sized. She recommend an insole based on my stride results and it is even better than the one I already use. Beyond just helpful, her personality, product knowledge and genuine love for heritage style boots made for a great personable experience. So glad I was able to go to a brick and mortar store. I walked out wearing exactly what I wanted in the right size on the first try. Thank you again for all your help Melissa.
