TORI for the save! I have been a loyal Reed Nissan customer for almost a decade now. I had always received excellent customer service until today. I experienced two associates that did not represent the Reed Nissan brand well until I spoke with TORI/TORIE/TORY (not sure of the spelling). I called today wanted to speak with a manager because I was disheartened about my experience earlier in the day, although Tori was unable to connect me with a manager her professionalism and authenticity was a breath of fresh air. Especially from a car dealership where there is a general feel, of just trying to get a sale. She was patient, she listened to my concerns and offered to assist me the best way she could. I truly canāt speak enough about how well she address my grievance. Before speaking with her this evening, I was confident that I would never do business with Reed Nissan again but this young ladyās compassion and empathy for the customer completely restored my faith in this brand. I am hopeful that Tori and I will be closing on a deal soon. I donāt even know if she sales cars, if thatās her area of expertise but her willingness to change my experience desires recognitionā¦thank you, Tori!

I can stop smiling!! My sister and I came to look at vehicles for our mother. We ended speaking with Kevin and when I tell you absolutely amazing customer service!!! I canāt say enough great things about him! Also in finance, Brian! They are the dynamic duo! It was an absolute pleasure working with them both! Buyers, Stay Away ā Incompetent and Unprofessional, Especially for Out-of-State Customers
My experience with this dealership was an absolute nightmare. If youāre considering buying from them, do yourself a favor and go elsewhereāespecially if youāre purchasing from out of state.
1. CPO Inspection Failure ā Their Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspection completely failed to catch a major engine overheating issue, which should have been identified before the sale. Instead, I had to wait three business days for them to fix it.
2. Key Hassle ā The car came with only one key, and getting a second one took far longer than it should haveāanother unnecessary inconvenience.
3. Registration & Financing Mess ā This was by far the worst part:
- Terrible Communication ā They failed to provide clear instructions on the paperwork required to complete the registration process, making everything confusing and frustrating.
- Lack of Guidance ā Instead of explaining what was needed, their finance person dumped a pile of digital documents on me to sign, offering no guidance. The only thing he seemed to care about was pushing an extended warranty.
- Delays & Excuses ā Two months later, my second temporary tag was about to expire when they finally told me they were still waiting on documents. After I sent them everything, they refused to issue another tag, leaving me forced to drive with expired plates.
Jorge, the sales manager, embodies everything wrong with shady dealerships. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me for their failures and even cited made-up laws to justify his incompetence. Rather than working with meāthe customerāhe deflected responsibility and left me stuck with an unregistered car with expired tags. I am not even sure what to do now. Next step is to start filing complaints with state departments.
I looked into Reed Nissanās dealership profile to see if this was just a few bad employees or a broader issue. While the owner and general manager proudly promote their volunteer work with dog shelters (which I respect), itās frustrating that they seem more focused on PR than actually serving their customers.
This dealership is incompetent, unprofessional, and completely customer-unfriendly. Avoid them at all costs.
