The employees were super passive aggressive and rude. It was such an uncomfortable experience watching everyone else being helped out in the store and being ignored clearly because I was Asian. Do better.

The girls who work here are unhelpful and not friendly at all. They were actually shopping for themselves while we were there. It was a Monday, so it was not busy and they greeted every customer who walked in but didn’t say anything to us. (We are the only people who bought anything) They were also rude about how many items I could bring into the fitting room. It really ruined my experience there and made me feel not good about my purchases after. I wrote to their corporate care office and was offered a 20% discount for anything online by the end of June. Why would I want to spend more money with them? I want them to address the attitudes of these girls so that others don’t have the same experience. My mother in law and sister in law had the same experience as me in January, so the common denominator here- the employees. (Added note that an employee from another store came in to shop on their break and they were extra friendly to her and they were talking about not making their numbers and being slow.) “Big Mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now.”

Every time I go to this store, the girls are always so sweet. They greet every customer that comes inside and are always more than willing to help set up a fitting room. Thank you ladies!

December 23rd around 2pm - racist lady with a Betty boop tshirt and a blow out was extra rude for some reason to my entire family. My sister was trying on a dress trying to be cute and she hustled us and kept on asking us to take clothes out to keep us under the 10 item max. We CLEARLY had less than 10 at all times but she kept knocking and ruining our entire experience. She seemed like she wanted to serve the white customers more than us, a group of Asian women lmao. It's not our fault people are lining up for the fitting room, we are also trying clothes on Like one does in a clothing store Not sure what her deal was, weirdest experience of the day. I get that retail workers have a hard time around the holidays but her attitude was nasty.
