I signed up for the digital office for one year after being told it would work for changing my Google business location. I paid Regus for the first month, changed my Google business address and my page was immediately suspended. I got in touch with Google, who stated a digital office isn’t something they allow, even if you do receive mail there, it can be seen as deceiving. I got back in touch with Regus, who offered to sell me permanent signage. This would change the pricing I originally agreed to pay, it is also not going to work for Google’s terms of service. Regus refuses to cancel the contract and refund any money. They automatically deducted money from the first card I used, which they were never given permission to do. I kept receiving emails regarding setting up auto pay and a default payment method after expressing this wasn’t going to work. These two things were never set up, so they used the first card I gave them to run the following month’s payment more than 10 days before it was due. The staff has not been helpful in the least bit and it all feels like a scam to me.

We have had a great experience here at Regus! The facility is modern and elegant with several amenities, but what makes a distinct difference from everywhere else is the staff. The receptionists are very helpful and Sandra always goes the extra mile for us. She is professional, kind and always helps when she can. It was a great decision for us to move our business to this location!

I recently left a review for the Vero Beach Regus location and after a bit of reflection, I felt it needed to be revised.

Overall, I must say that my time at this Regus location was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and for the most part made me feel comfortable. I feel that the office is very well located in Vero Beach. Everything in the office was clean, organized and professional.

My complaints revolved around Regus' corporate policies and practices. Within the first month, I was charged for a beverage package that I never approved. It wasn't difficult to get them to refund me the money although from the other tenants I was told that this was common practice and that you needed to pay close attention to your month invoice.

During my lease, something came up where I needed to get out of it. This is where most of my negative experience came from. I was told by the office manager that she had never had anyone want to get out of their lease early which I had a very hard time believing as it isn't an uncommon occurrence. In order to get this done I needed to be persistent and exhaust all options. Needless to say, I was successful although they didn't make the process easy. I do understand that I signed a lease so that the responsibility of it does fall on me although at the signing of the lease I was given the impression that the contract was more of a formality and I didn't feel educated to the seriousness of the contract. In the end I had to pay the next 3 1/2 months (1/2 because I started the process mid month) which while was preferable to paying for the entire year still left a bad taste in my mouth.

As I completed the 3 months, there were annoying little charges and issues related to the my retainer that at first I was told, I could do nothing about but again I had to take things into my own hands and be persistent to get what I wanted. At the end, any fees they owed me were returned but again I had to almost fight to get them back.

It is true what they say about Regus corporate that they will nickle and dime you on everything SO BEWARE but as for the staff at the Vero Beach office I would recommend them as I enjoyed their service.

The staff here are easy to work with, and provide a professional environment. They take care of things that otherwise would be up to me if I rented my own office: wifi, coffee/tea and kitchen area, cleaning the bathroom, and garbage removal. I feel safe here after hours and on weekends, with keyed entry. The bonus of this location is the security being in a bank building provides.
