Called and asked for parts availability on a generic whirlpool dryer motor, was told they carry them and almost always have on hand, and reps in the store could help if I didn’t have the model number. Showed up and reps refused to even look at pictures of the motor and wouldn’t even try to find something that worked.

I’m sure their parts and availability are great but if you can’t work with me to find the part then I’m just wasting my time.

Recently, our stainless steel stovetop was ruined due to negligence from a cleaning crew. We ordered a new chassis through an online distributor. In spite of confirming the exact model and serial number, the part showed up in black stainless. Who knew stainless steel came in so many colors? It was a mistake on their end, but left us quite unsure if we could find the right part in the right color. Joey, a fantastic repairman from Affordable Appliance Repair, put us in touch with Reliable Parts. They were able to order the correct color directly from the factory. So grateful we didn't have to replace the entire cooktop. Made my whole summer. Thank you to both for going out of your way to help us resolve this issue.

I purchased a part for my washer that supposed to have a warranty, we installed the part and after a few washes the part broke, I took it back and Manager Silverter refused to exchange it for a new one, to contact who makes the part and talk to them about warranty. Not a good customer service at all, everything seems good but it stops when a part needs warranty. Part was purchased July 7th, not even a month.

I went to this store to purchase a fuse for my dryer. The man behind the counter told me that the fuse that I needed was a certain type of fuse and he proceeded to get the fuse and sold it to me. The fuse was $50 bucks. When I got home and put the fuse on it was the wrong size. When I went back to the store, the same guy told me that they cannot take the wrong fuse back that he sold me the day before once I put the fuse on. I was relying his expertise to assist me with the correct information. Now I am stuck with a $50 wrong fuse. It is so difficult to get good assistance these days. It turns out that the fuse that I needed only cost $15. I feel like he upsold me the wrong part with the intention of knowing that I couldn't take it back. Thanks for nothing. I will never shop at your store again.

We had hard time locating the correct part for our Samsung ranger. We first called another store but since they did not have the part they recommended us Reliable Parts. We called them and over the phone the provided corteus customer service, quickly identified the part we were looking for and told us they had one in their inventory. We drove to the Tempe store and again received prompt and great customer service from Martin, who within minutes located the part and processed the purchase. Finding a local business that had the part made a big and immediate difference since we quickly installed it right after we bought it. We could have saved money by ordering the part through a major on-line retailer but the expected delivery timeframe was at least a week. Our experience with Reliable Parts unhesitatingly earned this local business a five stars review. We highly recommend it.

DON'T EVER SHOP AT APPLIANCE PARTS DEPOT! I wish there was an option for no stars at all. I needed a new gasket for our refrigerator. The first time I called I was given a part number and told I'd get it the next day. It came and I was pleased. Little did I know this was the beginning of a nightmare. The gasket sent to me was the wrong part. When I called to let them know, they told me I wasn't in their system! I asked how that could happen since I'd received the gasket, although the wrong one was sent to me. The employees I spoke to were dumbfounded. I continued calling June 2, 9, 14, 19, and 20 and asked how we could resolve this issue. During this time I spoke with Paul, Ken, and Kenny. I finally called another office and spoke to a nice woman named Jane. She apologized for the inconvenience and had to call the shop and instruct the people how to pull up customer names. I was told by Ken that he ordered the wrong part and assured me that this time it would be right. When I went to pick up the new gasket on July 1st there were two people at the counter. The first guy fumbled around looking for the order and finally had to call someone from the back to help him. When be brought it up he was going to charge me again! I told him Ken and I had an agreement that I'd take the new one home, change out the incorrect one and then return it. The girl at the front counter asked if I could bring it back today and my boyfriend told her no because by the time we got home, changed it out and tried to make it back they'd be closed. She got really nasty and told us not to worry about it. When we got home and opened the box, the new gasket was wrong AGAIN!!!!!!! It was half the size of the one I received before. These people are idiots. They have no concept of customer service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! ?
