My husband and I walked into RAC on Wednesday afternoon to look at washers and dryers. We found a set we liked and told the man we would be back the following day with my check stub. On Thursday after lunch, Mr. Hunter called and asked me if we were still coming to finish the paperwork for the washer and dryer. When we arrived at RAC, they already had everything set up from all the paperwork to what time they would deliver the following day. All I had to do was sign and pay the first payment. My husband and I are very pleased with the entire experience.

From the day I called to set up a rental for a washer and dryer, I have always dealt with a manger by the name of Kasey. Kasey is nothing short of amazing. Always professional, polite, and she truly cares about her customers. And it shows. She has worked with me several times during rough times to ensure I didn’t lose my rentals. Best Rent-A-Center I have been to, hands down. When you walk in, they remember who you are, just like family! I would highly recommend Rent-A-Center to my friend and family because of the great staff!

Update: Management has changed. Kyle and Hunter are now the if the store andit's awesome! Would still recommend!

Hunter Coon is the most amazing employee I have ever came in contact with at any RAC location I have ever visited! He is so helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are ever in the area!
