I recently visited Republik Coffee Pasadena and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Came here for the first time . A lot of people already seated eating and hanging out . Hard to find parking but we scored a spot in the front . We ordered a flat white and a honey latte . ( coffee flavor was great) the honey latte wasn’t sweet very subtle but towards the end we saw why . All the honey was sitting at the bottom of the cup and it was super sweet! Still tasted good though just wish they mixed it more . We ended up ordering chilaquiles- and it was delicious ! They started playing live music and we weee sitting right next to them so we ended up leaving anyway but there’s plenty of seating outside - don’t know how the band was 🤷‍♀️ but everything was enjoyable

What a cute little coffee house! Husband got the black vanilla latte which was made perfectly - just the right coffee and vanilla flavor. I got the matcha latte and it was nice and strong. Both drinks were very satisfying, especially as we enjoyed them outside in perfect 72 degree weather.

Really enjoyed the food, drinks, coffee, and desserts. Staff was helpful in finding us chairs for our table. Not a lot of tables are available inside or outside. Wished the staff would deliver your food instead of you getting up to get it yourself.

This is one of the best coffee shops around. The interior is large and super well designed, and there are several outdoor tables as well. It gets very busy with people chilling or studying. The food options are incredible too and very well played and delicious. The service is also top tier.

Love this little cafe. Food is excellent and fresh. Great pastries too. Music is always easy and perfectly compliments the mood of the place. Service is pleasant and quick. Outside eating area is also comfortable. Last time we were there they had a great live Spanish guitarist which was an amazing treat.

Great and perfect consistency know the place for 4 years and never disappoint. very European high-quality vibes indoor and large outdoor shaded by trees .
Their drinks are all high-quality handmade with really quality ingredients.
service is always friendly, and it's none rushed experience.
tons of vegan and vegetarian options
They also got unsweetened matcha, which is amazing.
this is the best cafe hands down in 10 radius miles easily.
my recommendation beside pastry is Mushroom avocado toast .
expect to wait in line most of the time to place an order.
