The owner is very rude!
I visited this place yesterday after a year and unfortunately it is quite empty.
I don't feel welcome in this place, maybe the reason why it is so empty is because they need to be more friendly to customers.

I love the idea of this store but I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone selling there baby’s old stuff here they take 60% of what they sell it for and give you the 40% I understand it’s a business and they have to make their money somehow but I just don’t agree with how much they keep I’ll definitely shop there here and there just not sell other than that it’s a great store

I reside in crestview and this place is worth the drive! There is a play space for kiddos within the shop and everyone is super friendly. I plan to consign here as well.

I love this store, I purchase and consign items here a lot. I have saved a lot of money buying great items second hand, and made money selling my gently used items! The staff is great, and I recommend it to anyone who needs baby or kid toys or clothes.

WOW. This place is awesome! I come here to buy everything for my son. I shop here every week and I’m never disappointed. The prices are phenomenal, the store is clean, organized, and has a large selection of clothes, toys, books etc!!!

Pretty unimpressed with the new ownership. As a long time customer I felt as though the store ran like a well oiled machine before. Now the racks of clothing are scarce and consigning takes on average 3-4 weeks for them to process through your items yet once their processed you only have a strict 48 hours to pick the "no" items up before they become their property at your loss. Not quite sure what the hold up is considering the staff they have on hand when visiting (especially in the back of store processing) I do see a lot of chit chat going on while items are being processed in the back but that's just nature of the beast I suppose.

Pricing seems a bit high on items now considering how incredibly picky they've become when accepting items. Overall it's rather sad as a customer (but makes sense why the message came to previous owner to sell and sell fast) how downhill the store has really gone.

I personally won't be shopping there anymore as I can find better quality and pricing at big box retail stores during sales and clearance events and their customer service far outweighs the one "hi, welcome in" you get at reruns 4 wee ones.
