While not at all fancy or pretentious, on the main drag of nice shops and places to eat and drink, this is an amazing value experience for $10 shirts, and sweatshirts, etc. SO much selection and all for $10. It’s almost unbelievable! On the front side walk, they had some 2X and medium sized long sleeve T’shirts for $5.
It’s the place to be for a basic value Venice Beach logo shirt!

Resort Style on Venice Ave is my favorite store! The prices are absolutely amazing, you cannot beat them! The lovely associate, Romi, is outstanding with her customer service skills and making you truly feel comfortable and happier leaving the store then when you entered! I am in from Michigan for vacation with family. I want to give a shout out to the cashier Donna. She went above and beyond for her customer service. I was looking for a shirt size not on the rack. She went out of her way to look and see it they had one in the back. Excellent service!

I shop here alot and I have never experienced any rudeness from the owner or employees. Matter of fact, the first time I shopped in this store was when stores were making people to wear masks when shopping. I have asthma and masks are very hard for me to wear so most of the time I would choose not to shop in the store vs wearing a mask, but the owner of this store was so kind in the way she asked, I actually chose to wear the mask, shop, and spent over $100 in her store that day.

We came in today, for their $10 storewide selection on apparel, and ended up purchasing 4 shirts. Upon receipt, we were charged for 5 shirts. When we returned to the store (moments after leaving the store), the employee working told us “You bought 5 shirts”, so we showed her our bag with only 4 shirts. The employee told us that we could just take another shirt with us but I explained I wanted a refund - we eventually got one.
Seems like a very shady business - it’s hard for me to believe that she thought we had 5 shirts when we were the only ones in the store and it did not seem accidental as she was not surprised nor willing to refund the shirt immediately.

Apparently they have more business than they can handle so don't care how they treat their customers.

We have bought several shirts here in the past and got one for our son this Christmas. He liked it and asked us to get a couple more. We spent 30-45 minutes looking for his size. We found two and headed to the checkout.

By then the store was getting pretty crowded. We had to ask several people who were just standing in front of the checkout to let us through.

Once we were finally at the checkout the woman said the store was crowded and that my wife (who was wearing a sweatshirt she had bought in that store) had to leave. Ummm. We are checking out. Nope. Too crowded. Leave. OK. Kick out paying customers while letting the browsers stay. We did leave, leaving our unpaid for items on the counter.

A large group of six left as we did and said the woman had been rude to them in the past as well.

We like to support small businesses, but not this one.

The staff was very nice. I went into both stores and the cashier Romina remembered us from the 1st store. I bought a few shirts and love them. I would definitely go back.... I read the reviews about employees being rude and we definitely didn't experience that.
