Horrendous shipping policy and returns policy!! 35% restocking fee for unopened product that was completely untouched is WILD!! Not to mention the customer needs to pay for return shipping!! My $1000 order (after the fees and return shipping) brought me back $150 - an $850 waste!! Horrible policy and we won't be return customers to say the least.

Customer service is incredibly difficult to reach. Unfortunately I am stuck with the wrong item because I could not reach anyone until 3 days past the 30 day return policy. Now no one will assist with exchanging the product for the correct one.

I LOVE this company. It was our first experience ordering from them. We had two separate orders, and they both shipped right away, and arrived quickly. They are chairs of a wonderful quality, and we will definitely be using Restaurant Furniture 4 Less for all of our future needs. This was our first purchase from Restaurant Furniture 4 Less, and we are VERY HAPPY with the service we received. We are a tax exempt nonprofit, so we had to place our order with a live representative. The order was handled with ease, and the product (20 metal outdoor chairs) arrived (SURPRISINGLY) in 2 days, well ahead of the promised date! We would absolutely do business with this store again in the future! THANK YOU!

I have been waiting for 20 chairs for a month. They claimed to have sent the chairs, then they claim they spent days and days trying to contact us to receive the chairs when we didn't receive a single call or email, then they claim the chairs were returned by the freighter, then they claimed they were resending the chairs with deepest apologies. On 10/10/24 I got an email that says that my purchase isn't eligible for return. I never requested a return. In the very unlikely chance that someone actually takes action on these reviews, the order number was 12078003780 and I'll be thrilled to update this review when I receive my $2300 order.

Update: This review was posted on 10-10-2024. The morning of 10-11-2024, I received a "refund" of ~50% of my purchase. I never received my items nor any further communication from these grifters, meaning they scammed me out of $1,300.

If you awful scammers are reading this, I am giving you until the end of the business day today, 10/11/24, to issue a full refund. If you don't, I will be lodging a fraud complaint with the FTC's bureau of consumer protection and disputing the original charge with American Express, who loves to put a hold on ALL a business's transactions until disputes are settled. Don't think I'm not too petty to take you to court, too.

I absolutely love the bistro chairs I ordered - the Advantage Light Brown X-Back Chair. They are light and easy to move, yet sturdy. I love how the light bistro chairs look against my darker mahogany table. They give my kitchen table area some flair that was missing with the chairs that matched with my kitchen table. The chairs arrived quickly, all assembled and well packaged. It was so nice not to have to spend hours assembling. I also like how they stack, which comes in handy when I was my floor. I will definitely order a couple more of these.

Would have given 5 stars but one of the chairs arrived damaged and it took 2 months to receive replacement. That said, we LOVE this table & chair set. The design is modern and interesting & the chairs are light weight and comfortable. We added a turquoise umbrella that looks great with the black set. It is a wonderful addition to our newly updated backyard.
