I would give them negative 10 if that were possible! I was astonished at the incompetence of the two deliverymen that delivered our new washer and dryer. It turned into a absolute nightmare. They told me I had ordered the wrong pedestals so they just pushed the washer and dryer into my garage. They told me I had to go to Lowe’s to order the correct pedestals. I drove to Lowe’s only to find out that I had the correct washer and dryer pedestals!!! Also, the pedestals are out of stock with 69 people waiting for them to become available. They TOOK my pedestals with them but left the washer and dryer sitting in my garage in boxes!!! I’ve spent two full days working on this issue to try to get my new washer and dryer installed with the pedestals all due to the incompetence of the crew from retail direct. The very next day, August 24, 2022 Lowes hired a new company called Pilot and they (Pilot) have phenomenal Customer service!!!!!!
Retail direct was a total nightmare to deal with and the two incompetent men that showed up for my delivery cost me so much stress and hours of wasted time. Also, they marked my delivery as being done even though it was not and took some of the parts that I had paid for with them! NEVER use Retail Direct!!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. For some idiotic reason on Lowe's end they deem it necessary to use this company for their appliance deliveries. I handle maintenance for several rental properties and they truly cannot get it together. They schedule on days that are not available and time frames that are not available. They cannot seem to read the paperwork that this is a business, we have to post a notice of entry at least 24 hrs in advance by law and I need to have our maintenance tech there to ensure delivery and that it is not damaged. Yes, I watched them on camera's at a property in Akron as they dropped it off the truck.

Thinking we should all come together to file a class action lawsuit against Lowe’s and retail direct. They sent 2 inexperienced delivery men to deliver a refrigerator and cracked our entire door frame. Offered 400 dollars, much less than the cost of the frame. I demanded that Lowe’s send an insurance adjuster and they refused. They told me to go back to retail direct . Retail direct has gone radio silent. No response. Why are the customers having to solve these issues when Lowe’s selected them as a third party vendor This is such a scam!! But I’m not going away and neither should anyone experiencing the same issues. Lowe’s IS responsible and should be supporting us!! BUYER BEWARE!

No Stars! None! But you can't post a review without putting at least one- so there's their freebie! Waiting on a range that was to be delivered yesterday between 4p-8p. I call the company myself today to be told the driver didn't finish his route and someone will call to reschedule. A couple hours later and still no call. Lowe's Customer Care has been no help thus far either. They were trying to tell me it was en-route to the warehouse.... then why did I get an email saying my order was on the truck and would be delivered?! In the meantime, I have no stove. If Lowe's wants to run customers away, they've found a sure-fire way with using Retail Direct to make their deliveries! As long as Lowe's uses Retail Direct, I will NOT be ordering from them!

Very similar to others' experiences. Zero stars. I have never had such issues with a company. Damage occurred during a Lowe's delivery (which was immediately acknowledged by the delivery team), and I was directed to contact Retail Direct to resolve the matter. I was told by Retail Direct that I needed to have "Lowe's push the claim through 'the portal'" so they could start a claim. When I contacted Lowe's to report that information, Lowe's had absolutely no idea what 'the portal' was.... Lowe's even contacted a manager at Retail Direct who stated he would get my claim pushed through quickly-- still no response. Finally, I called again, only to have a customer service rep immediately make a claim number and push the claim through. Why was that not the solution two weeks prior....? After sending in photos and my statement, my claim was denied because another company, JAMK INC, thought my claim was suspicious because it "wasn't reported until a month after delivery" and the delivery driver had told them the damage was pre-existing.

Overall, unknowledgeable employees, lying delivery drivers, and poor ability to work to find solutions.

Absolute horrendous service. Lowe’s seriously needs to end the contract with this company. There is a consensus throughout the reviews regarding no call-no shows for delivery windows. I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s (which I am currently without) and I had a delivery date and time scheduled with this company from 4PM-8PM. 8:30PM comes around with no updates regarding my delivery. I call the customer service and they had marked my status as “non-deliverable” and automatically rescheduled a full week later. The customer service representative had no answers for me and no care. I’ve wasted 4 hours of my time sitting around waiting for this delivery. I simply cannot see how these people are still in business and why Lowe’s is continuing their service. This delivery service AND Lowe’s need to step up the customer care. ZERO STARS!!!

These guys deserve a zero star review! Total trash company, trash customer service. I cant believe Lowes has stooped so low as to use this company. Do NOT order any appliances from Lowes! The order will go to these people and these people are complete trash. I just purchased a washer/dryer from Lowes that was “in stock” and scheduled a delivery. We made sure we were home for the 4 hour delivery window and they never showed. No call, no text, just didn’t show up. The online order status showed “out for delivery” I called on the 3rd day that it still wasn’t delivered, sat on hold for about an hour only to be told they don’t have the item I purchased and that it is being shipped to them. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money to which I was told they cannot and the fulfillment center (Retail Direct) would call me within 24 hours to handle a refund.

0 Stars. This Lowe's third party delivery company did not deliver my appliance on the day scheduled. They never contacted me about it. After the delivery window past, I phoned them. I spent hours on hold and was lied to multiple times by the person I finally spoke with. Said they could only reschedule me for the following week but couldn't guarantee that same scenario would not happen again. I will not purchase another appliance from Lowe's as long as they are using this delivery company. I requested a refund and have purchased with a locally owned appliance store.
