I was shopping at the Delray MP store with my daughter yesterday and was greeted by Jennifer who assisted my daughter with a few purchases. I inquired about a River & Sky dress in a particular print which they did not have any longer (they had the tank) but in 2 seconds Jennifer located it for me at another store and is transferring it to the Ft Lauderdale store that I live close to. I have been requesting this dress from other stores and texts with Revival and was told it was no longer available. Thanks so much to Jennifer for her expertise, knowledge and professionalism!! We definitely will return for another great shopping experience!

Let me say...I walked into Revival in paint clothing (because I was painting and had not planned on shopping) looking almost homeless, yet was treated fantastic!!! Barbara greeted me then offered suggestions, which I agreed with and purchased. It was such a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door!! I've been there before and Shana (I think) was also amazing!! This is a "must go to" shop if you're at the Promenade! Thanks!

I was browsing in this boutique with my friends and was thinking about coming back to purchase a pair of jeans with my mom, but unfortunately I felt extremely uncomfortable when two sales ladies on the floor told my friends and I to leave the store while we were looking at clothing. They told us that the store was closing soon when it obviously wasn’t and more people were walking in. Then one of the sales ladies mouthed “thank you” to the other because she kicked us out of the store. My friends and I realize that the store is high-end and we were being very respectful of the clothing and keeping quiet. I cannot understand how someone could be so outwardly rude to potential costumers. My friends and I were going to come back to purchase clothing, but I see no reason for that because of the rude costumer service. I realize that we appear to be young and “immature”, but there’s no reason to treat costumers like that.

I have been shopping with ALLI at the East Delray location for years now . She is so wonderful each and every time, extremely talented, creative and super friendly. She individualizes every persons style uniquely to who they are. I also shop to purchase gifts for close family and friends and it is always a success. Please stop by and visit her, as I promise you will enjoy your experience each and every time!

After having recently moved here from out west I found I really needed to
de-Santa Fe my wardrobe. I stopped in this evening and was immediately greeted and welcomed by all the ladies working. I had the absolute pleasure of being help by the lovely Lee-Ayn. She made wonderful suggestions...pushed me a bit out of my comfort zone and really helped me make some great choices. I will definitely be back...the customer service I was provided tonite was beyond any I have received since I arrived in south florida. Thank you Lee-Ayn...I will see you again soon.

I only have great experiences in this store
The clothing has the best quality ,and remains the same after Being wash ,colors all remain the same, never wash out.
Customer services is honest, and will not steer you in buying something just for the same.
The girl who I sho mostly with is Mallory Goldstien ,who works in the store on linton
The first time U shopped in there I purchase a pair if flying monkey jeans.
When I put them on I had asked Mallory the sales girl for a size thirty.
She then told me no I think you need a smaller size, I had told her that the 28 would be to small
, All I could say ,is that she was right. Me thinking if I got a bigger size I would look thinner , but now where the 28 I am true to my size ,feeling comfortable ,and looking great , Not looking that I am wearing someone's else cloths .
I myself always worked in retail , and learn that being honest with your customers ,and not worried about making the same, and being pushes, is the wrong move.
I for one because of this service , I will always ship in this boutique

Decided to pop In the Linton store today before I went to Trader Joe's and was completely ignored, not even a hello even though I was the only person in the store...horrible!

UPDATE: I left a comment on one of their IG posts letting them know their customer service is awful which they deleted and then blocked me! LOL Yikes! Here is a pic of the comment for the internet's sake since they can't delete google reviews...

I was just shopping at the store on Linton in DR let me tell you.... Everything I wanted was in a size XS or S and I am a M or a L. I was getting frustrated so I asked what's up with all the smaller sizes, there was another lady in the store that agreed with me, she was also an M/L? The sales person was like we don't get in a lot of larges. Why not?!?! because they don't order them!!! This is a non-body positive store and a non-inclusive sizing store. Very sad it is 2018! If it was possible I would give them NO stars.
