About 10 years ago, I purchased a set of four chairs, and recently, one of them had its caster come off. When I contacted customer service to request a repair, I was deeply impressed by the high level of professionalism they displayed. Instead of merely repairing or replacing the single broken chair, they explained that replacing only one chair might lead to a mismatch in appearance due to the wear and tear on the others. They then offered to replace all four chairs, a suggestion that came entirely from their side, without any complaints or requests on my part as a customer. This level of thoughtful and proactive service truly moved me.

This restoration hardware location is fabulous! The staging of products and everything just made you wanna spend every dollar you had lol. The products were high quality and classy style. They had three floors all different room categories on each floor. The service was nice we were greeted at the door asked if we needed help and it was nice because they weren’t nagging you and pressuring you to buy stuff. They just let you be and enjoy the store. Also the view upstairs is to die for.

Love this place. Beautiful and stylish. Large and open spaces so you can really see all the furnishing and decor. Third floor us to recommend to visit, beautiful terrace with outdoor furnished areas. Beautiful. Just beautiful.

Really Nice....Definitely will be back... alot of different options to choose from. My wife and I are doing a total remodel of or home and we were able to find so many different options for the things we are planning for our home... everyone was so helpful.. we were able to find everything for the inside and our outdoor seating. We actually didn't expect to find everything we wanted, saved us alot of time... looking forward to working with them for all of our needs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! You can grab coffee and chill on the 3rd floor rooftop. While you are there you can check out their beautiful, gorgeous, livingroom ideas and chandeliers. The 2nd floor has friendly customer service to learn your needs and tailor to what you need. 3rd floor is the rooftop with a view and lots of seating and nice breeze.

The RH West Hollywood is a high-end furniture store. Staffers are friendly. The Rooftop Park on the third floor has a beautiful Outdoor Garden.

This brand is all hype but some of the lowest quality furniture I have ever owned. At this price point it is actually laughable what you receive. I received these Bezier nightstands and dresser only a year and half ago. Since then, no drink, bottle, food or anything that could cause this type of damage / discoloration on the pieces.

Talking to RH customer service they told me to purchase a "markup pen" which would fix it. I did purchase it and it did not work. When I brought it up to them they then said oh sorry, the damage is too severe for that pen to work. OK? Why was that not communicated to me before it was recommended?

I have learned this lesson and will be selling these items and go with another company. Please if you are considering anything from RH then please look at these photos and reconsider. Again, this is after one and a half years of use and no one at RH seems to care.
