Called into the store with a last minute request and Jeff was extremely accommodating and provided easily the best experience I could have asked the universe for not knowing anything about formal wear. He stayed until after close to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with everything. I'm not even into formal wear but I'll probably end up being a repeat customer anyway lol. Already recommended him to my family and now recommending him to anyone who needs suit service or a fancy new shirt

What a phenomenal place! I ordered a Scully jacket on-line and the owner called me to confirm the size. After a discussion, he recommended I get a different size, which turned out to fit perfectly. He knows his business! If that wasn't enough, he saw that the on-line price was incorrect and the price was actually less and refunded me the difference. Richard David will be my first stop from now on.

I was in need of a suit rather quickly for a funeral. Jeff, the long-time, owner dropped everything to take care of me. His tailor did an excellent job, as well. As there are no other affordable, conventional men’s clothing stores in the area, Jeff is doing a great service to the community. Very nice selection of cool, high quality golf shirts.

Jeffrey (the owner) is absolutely fantastic! I rented a suit from Richard David back in 2019 and it was such a pleasure working with Jeffrey, who happens to be a master of his craft. Taking the measurements was quick and painless and the suit fit perfectly. My second visit was today to get updated measurements. Once again it was truly a pleasure getting Jeffrey's help. He also gave me quite a few tips which are greatly appreciated. Whenever I am in the market for a suit or some nice clothing I will certainly go to Richard David and I would highly suggest anyone in the Sedona or nearby area do the same. You're the man Jeffrey!

As many others have already mentioned, Jeff is a lifesaver and was for me last weekend. We were in town for a wedding and I realized the morning of that my suit did not make it into my bag and was back at home. With 4 hours until the wedding, Jeff took my measurements, chose an affordable suit with accompanying shirt, and then tailored the suit for me to wear that evening. I was in and out in 2 hours, and that was with Jeff serving other customers as well.

Highly recommend this shop as Jeff is fantastic at what he does, and the store has great merchandise (and prices) to boot. Thanks again, Jeff!!

This store is a life saver and Jeffrey is incredible. We came to sedona and my husband ended up having to do a last minute presentation for American Heart Association. I went suit shopping while he set up the conference in our hotel room. Jeffrey was so incredible, he sent me back with 2 suits and 4 ties, didn't charge me, and asked me to bring back ones that didn't fit my husband's size/ style.
Based on my husband's approximate measurements, he picked out the perfect outfits. The quality is outstanding and the price is better than anywhere else!

Jeffrey the owner is awesome! My parents had bought me boots from his shop last Christmas and they ended up being to small. I kept trying to make my way up to Sedona since were in Phoenix and never made it. I gave the shop a call and he said to ship it up there to him and he would ship me the right size. And he did! Super amazing. I appreciate his customer service and his products there that I will be making sure to pay a trip up there just to say hi!
