Stop by Richard's hardware in Hollywood to get duplicate keys cut for my old box truck.

After going to Three Home Depots...(Two of the three I called ahead and they told me they had the keys) and waisting my time, I called Richard's. Not only did they have the key, they are super helpful and friendly. Not to mention I didn't have to walk around for 10 minutes trying to find somebody to help me.

Great family run hardware store.

If you need chlorine or chemicals for your pool stop by as they have the cheapest prices around.

Made the mistake of going to Lowe’s, not a person around no matter who I asked out who the manager called. Ended up at Richard’s hardware- what a difference. They helped even a customer in the store helped out with a better idea than I had! Skip those empty box stores.

First time going to Richard's, but LuLu & her Mom always go.... this particular product "FlowEasy" gets the job done.... I definitely recommend it for any clogged drain(s).... but read instructions first, and be very careful when using this product!

We had such a wonderful experience at Richard's Hadware. What a pleasure to walk into a store where everyone greets you with a hello and is willing to help you. Very knowledgeable staff. No more Home Depot for us. These people are the real deal. They had what we needed. We'll definitely be back.
