Excellent locksmith service. I had to cut a key for my car, I've been to other places in North Pensacola where they made it seem like an "impossible" job. Discovered this place on Garden, in 5 minutes I had my working key with no trouble whatsoever. Super recommended, they know what they're doing.

I have used Lock & Gunsmith since 1998. They have responded quickly to my request for repair or replacement of locks on my house. The service people have been prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. All work has been guaranteed and they cleaned up after they were done. I'll use them again.

I didn’t do any business with them this time, but plan to in the future after today’s phone conversation with them. They offered tons of helpful advice and steered me away from replacing unnecessary parts or buying unnecessarily expensive components to make my rifle shoot the way I want it. They also spoke with me on the phone until we’ll after closing to try and help me resolve my issue. They definitely care about the craft and aren’t just trying to make a buck off of you. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

The sweetest, very knowledgeable people I’ve encountered in along time. I had 2 keys made, one didn’t work, I went back and they corrected it and made a new one, just in case (at no cost, I offered to pay and they insisted that I couldn’t).
