Rigo and Rigo Jr. together, form an unbeatable team. Rigo Sr manages the sales location while Rigo Jr. manages the service location. These guys are reinventing the auto industry with their own style of integrity, fairness and great pricing. Based on my own experience with these two operations, I highly recommend them to anyone buying or servicing a used car. I had a problem with my credit rating caused by an injury I sustained a few years ago. Rigo Sr. helped me get the loan I needed to buy my car. Years later when a major engine part failed at 200,000 miles, Rigo Jr. repaired it for half the cost of all other quotes. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. Good at what they do and they sincerely want to ensure your satisfaction.

It was off to what seemed like a great start. He talked us up a big game about giving us the best deal and although it is a used car dealership and you sign to take car as is, you would think the owner would wanna give a decent car to the person who is paying him money for it.

Then after we locked in the contract, we started to see how deceptive he was and how much work the car needed. He even tried to pass as helpful in the beginning because he came to drop me off when he checked out an electircal problem the car was having but when he said he fixed it, we later found out that he just slapped a band-aid on it and tried to convince us it was fixed.

Then when he said we would be he first he would service when the part came in that could fix the problem, there was no follow up and nothing got fixed. But of course the day we are one day late with a payment, phone ring off the hook.

So after being fed up with putting up with bs, and we pay off the car, of course they said someone will come in contact with you as soon as possible so you can pick up the title. 2 weeks pass by and no calls, no notifications and when I finally call to follow up they tell me it was ready since I paid it off and someone should have given it to me then.

All around polite smiley but poor customer service and overall all frustrating experience. Wouldn't not do business again and do not recommend.

I called ahead of time just to make sure they still had the SUV that was advertised online because it was 1 hour 45 min drive for me. The lady that answered the phone said “yes we still have it and we close at 6:30” so I drove out there and arrived an hour before closing. As I walked up to the small lot, I didn’t see the car so I asked the 2 guys that worked there standing out front where it was. They both had no idea what I was talking about so I showed them on my phone. Then one tells the other in spanish “oh the one that he drives". He then calls whoever’s driving it to tell them I wanted to see it. Then he tells me “oh sorry he’s driving it right now, come back Monday” WOW very unprofessional and unorganized. Would never do business with someone like this.

I went today to see a van 2005 Toyota Siena and it has a for sale sign and an old man that washes the cars there said that van is up for sale and a lady that works there said ir wasn't up for sale but yet it has a for sale sign and I'm trying to talk to rigo but unfortunately I can't get in contact with him
