Very friendly staff! Fantastic ice cream! Reasonable prices for things you might have forgotten- I was personally grateful for a bottle of lotion, as Denali air is DRY. The socks we got were so comfy and they stayed up though hikes.

The laundry was great- at many laundry facilites, it feels grungy, and this could so easily be the case in a spot with lots of hikers, but everything felt clean. Wash and dry were $2 each. We went on a walk down a path while we waited, which was really nice.

Bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained.

Very friendly front desk staff - there is a nice little shop with a ton of souvenirs as well as essential goods needed for camping. There is a small frozen/refrigerated goods section in the store as well. They also sell food and snacks, including hot pizza for $28. Their huckleberry ice cream is perhaps the best flavor of ice cream I’ve ever tasted.

Great staff. Has frozen meats, microwave oven, hot drinks, snacks. Free wifi and power outlets to charge ur phone or laptop. There's also a coin operated laundromat. But for me, the $4.50 hot bath is the best bang for the buck. Pay the cashier in exchange for a bear shaped token to operate the hot shower for 10 minutes. At Riley Park you also have cellular signal.

Nice place, convient place to grab your camping essentials. They have frozen food, beer and showers! What else do you need? This is also the spot to stop to check into the campground.

Convenient location to the campground. You do pay for the convenience but it's worth it. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

I visited Denali when I was in Alaska in September 2019. Cute little store! It is a bit overpriced, but they have a lot of stuff you might need, including food, coffee, and souvenirs. The lady at the RV desk was accommodating and helpful. The older gentleman (didn't catch his name) behind the store counter was incredibly kind, the younger guy who worked there couldn't be bothered to say hello back to me, and the middle-aged guy just threw my change on the counter.

If you want to buy an Annual Pass, you have to go to the Visitors Center first. Very helpful staff & management here - they can make things happen!

Also, insider information-the bus tours actually leave from one of the four "hotels/chalets" outside the park. They may can work a deal for you to be picked up at the Visitors Center instead, if you are rolling in with a rented RV and a multi-night stay.

We had to split our party of 4 in half to do the tour, but it beats traveling 1500 miles and not getting to experience the heart of what you traveled to see!

Beer, eggs, cheese, Cokes, stoves, TShirts, ice cream, coffee, etc. are all sold here. This place caters to the campers, hikers and the tourist here.

Thanks for the excellent scoops, Soka! The ice cream cones here might be the best deal in Alaska at $4 single and $6 double.
